Things You May Have Missed

NaLu Mermaid RP (Ft. Lucy) Part 1

☆ Lucy looked around for someone but couldn't find him,"Natsu! Natsu where are you!" The blonde called.

✖ Natsu, behind her, placed a clawed, smooth red hand over her mouth to cut off her shouts. "What do you want?" he whispered harshly, beginning to pull her as far away as he could from the cave where sharks lived.

☆ She had no idea that there were sharks. She struggled to get out of the grip he had her in. "Let me go!" She said I a muffled voice.

✖ Natsu shushed her, but did let her go, carefully, to make sure that she would remain quiet. "You're looking for me?"

☆ Lucy crossed her arm across her chest, her expression serious,"You were supposed to help me with taking care of the baby seahorses remember?!" She whispered loudly.

✖ "Anything as long as you get out of this place.." he sighed.

☆ Lucy still had that expression on her face, "Hurry up already. Your 20 minutes late." She again whispered rather loudly.

✖ Sharp-ended fingers wrapped around her wrist and began to pull her along. "Just shut up until we're out of here." He scolded.

☆ Lucy rolled her eyes. Yet she went along with it. "What's so bad about this place anyway?!" She said, whiling being dragged out of the place they were just staying at a few seconds ago.

✖ "If any of the others find you, you might get eaten," he stated bluntly. Glad that they weren't being followed. And they were far enough, now, that noone would hear.

☆ "Who are the others? Who would eat me?" By then Lucy finally caught up, she knew now exactly what he was saying,"Oh..." Was all she could reply with.

✖ He turned to answer her, but stopped at the 'oh'. She knew what he was saying.

        "Are you afraid off me, now?" he asked, leaning close to her face, a frown on his. Sharp ears jutted out at the side of his head, his skin was an odd, red colour, except for his face and chest. His breath smelt of fish guts and lingering, irony blood.

☆ Lucy looked at him, seeing what he meant, she was terrified.

        She was completely and utterly silent, not saying a word. "You don't scare me. But, just by seeing your teeth scare me..." She admitted, looking down at her scaly blue tail.

✖ Natsu smiled, but when he realized that his teeth were showing, he decided to close his mouth - smile that way. "Good. You're the only one around here smart enough to be afraid." He looked back near the cave, making sure noone was on their way out. "Don't worry, I'm pretty good at holding back, I won't eat ya." Was that supposed to be assuring?

☆ "That's suppossed to cheer me up how? And how is being afraid of your good?" Lucy asked, her voice a bit loudly toned.

✖ "Because you'll know to run if I lose control," he said as if the answer were obvious. "I don't want to eat mermaids. Some of you are cool."

☆ "Do /all/ sharks loose control sometimes?" Lucy asked, curious. "And how many mermaids do you know that are /cool/?"

✖ "You've got a lot of questions.." he stated numbly. "But, yeah. Any shark could lose control in the right circumstances. And I dunno. Don't really keep track."

☆ She pursed her lips as he said that. "So what if I have a lot of questons? Isn't that supossed to be a good thing?" Lucy didn't care about how many mermaids he actually met, all she cared about was what kind of personality did this guy have? She was just curious is all.

✖ "You wanted to look after seahorses or something, right?"

☆ "We're late, even if we did watch over the baby seahorses I don't think we'll get paid." She simply replied.
