1. lanceisimportant asked Arlo and John :
What are your true feeling for eachother?

Arlo: wow straight to these ones. I guess he's alright better then I thought but the only reason I hang out with him is his dog.

John: Arlo that's rude, he's an asshole.

Arlo:...yeah I'm rude.

2. lanceisimportant asked John:
If you could choose to save Arlo in a panic attack or your dog who would you choose?

John: I can only save one? Well what's wrong with Lucy? I mean Arlo won't die in a panic attack right?

Arlo: no I probably won't

John: ok sorry budd-

John: ok sorry ARLO I'm saving Lucy and that just proves my point.

How to you deal with panic attacks?

I have three ways, so I carry these things with me to help and I'll explain them. I have a rubber band on my wrist so if I feel a panic attack coming on I pull it up and flick it down onto my wrist a couple times. It's pretty effective. I have a way that dosent need anything, so I hold one hand flat and with the other I use my thumb to tap all fingers, then I use my pointer to do the same, do it with all the fingers and change hands repeatedly. The other way is something I do privately or in my head. So I ask myself: what's 2 things you can taste? And I'll answer myself. Then what's 3 things you can smell? Answer. What's 4 things you can feel? Answer. 5 things you can see? Answer and 5 things you can hear. I hope that makes sense.
