Gone missing (a Jarlo fanfic)

"It's closed" I say looking at my phone.
"What? It should be open" he asks, looking over at my phone. I turn my phone to him "look, it's under repairs"
"Dam. I really wanted a mango one" he mumbles "well then what do you think we should do?" I ask turning my phone off and stuffing it back in my pocket. John sighs and looks down at Buster. "Lucy might want to see Buster" he says and the big golden dog barks in what seems like agreement. I nod. John mumbles "you can stay at my house it seems like you need it, with everything going on with your mum. I have a spare room" the thought of living in the same house as John makes me blush although I'm not sure why. It's not like I like him. I turn to him "that's sweet but I don't want to bug you to much"
"Until your mum leaves your staying with me" He says as if I don't have a choice in the matter. I nod "Alright" we walk away from the closed shop and to Johns house.

"Lucy! Guess who I have!" John yells as he unlocks the door. The big black dog comes hurtling out of nowhere and tackles Buster. John and I laugh as the two greet eachother. "The spare rooms in here. Make yourself comfy I'm going to make dinner" John says "can I help?" I ask softly looking into the plain room. The walls are white with one blue bed in the Center. A computer sits on a desk on the right side but otherwise nothing. As I live in such a big house you would expect me to find it to small or something like that however I love it. It feels like an real home. "You can come peel the potatoes" John says snapping me out of my trance, I smile and put my bag down on the bed then walk out to go help him make dinner.

Sup monkeys 🐵. I'm so sleepy but that's ok cuz I'm Australia it's the holidays! Whooooo also happy spooky season I know it's not really I thing in Australia but eh I like it and will celebrate it when i please. I plan on getting more out I'm just not motivated enough. Anyways bye monkeys you da best.
