The trip with my mate to our home didn't take very long at all. She's a lot faster than I thought she was. She's even faster than I am. Alpha blood? Shes omega but damn her wolf could rival mine.

Its amazing spending time with her. We couldn't talk but feeling our mate bond grow was the best feeling I've ever had.

Before we headed out the way she looked back at me scared. I didn't want her to go back. I thought maybe she was second guessing her choice. I was so glad that she choose me and didn't reject me. How my heart ackes at the thought.

I know there are many stories about my life that make me sound bad. Only the ones closest to me know the whole story of my life and there is only two so far until I can tell my mate everything.

Sarah and I make our way up a huge hill closing in on my land, I send a link message to my right hand, John letting him know we made it home. We make it to the top seeing the sun setting across the opens fields around my pack house.

Sarah stops in her tracks and just gazed out in amazement. Her eyes sparkle in the bright lights that shine down making her coat shine. I can't take my eyes off of her. The goddess picked her for me. I don't know why but I know she will make a difference in the life of my pack. She's so strong, maybe not physically, yet in her human form, but mentally and spiritually I know she will make my pack, no our pack stronger. After all she went through I can't help but feel lucky to have her.

I step up to her side rubbing my side to hers as my wolf purrs in pure happiness. I turn to face her and she tilts her gaze to meet mine. I wish I knew what she was thinking but I feel the way she is feeling. She feels free. It makes my heart fly. She's happy, it makes me happy.

I force myself to shift human to talk to her for a moment. As I shift I feel her gaze on me. I see her eyes widen and she turn her head away.

I can't help but laugh out loud.

" I'm sorry, I just needed to speak to you for a moment." I say placing my hand under her wolf's head lifting her gaze back up to my eyes.

" welcome home my queen, this is all yours now. So you see that house right there? " I ask her. She nods her head.

" There in that house is your home, everyone in there  is family, and I will tell you, if they do not agree then they are not welcome in our home. You are now my everything and your choices in this house, with this pack will matter. The way you feel, the way you think, what you believe in will help us grow more as one and you will be welcome here for the rest of your life." I say looking into her beautiful eyes.

As I say these words I feel her shift back to human in one swift motion. Her bright eyes shine with tears.

" Are you sure about this? Are you sure you choose me to be by your side? That you don't reject me as your mate?" She says with her angelic voice in a whisper. I pull her body to mine.

" with everything in me, I promise I do not reject you. I could never. From what I know so far I want you by my side. For the way I feel being with you, the moment I laid my eyes on you I knew you would be the best part of me. As my other half I need you in my life but I give you the choice." I say as I pull her face to mine giving her a soft kiss on her lips. I feel her pull me closer as her arms reach around the back of my neck. I deepen our kiss and she pulls away after a moment. Her eyes are closed but she places her forehead to mine.

" I choose this for now, but I need to know you more, it's not that I don't trust you. I feel I can trust you with everything but with everything…..i just need time." She says.

I just nod my head slowly.

" I know love, you have all the time in the world, I will not rush you, I want you to trust me." I lay my lips to her head and hold them there. She relaxes in my arms and I feel at peace.

" when will you be here, the pack is waiting to meet our Luna." I hear john's voice in my head as it sounds like he is laughing. I can't help but let out a loud laugh.

" well my love, it seems the pack is waiting for us, they can't wait to meet you." I feel her body tensed up in my arms. I run my fingers down her spine.

" My love it is ok, I promise, no one will hurt you here, and if they even try I will not allow it, neither will John. He seems to have taken a liking to you." I say to her.

She looks at me with a puzzled look.

" What do you mean by that?" She asks.

"Babe, he is like my brother, he is my right hand, my beta, and he would give his life for me, as I would protect him, and as it seems the way he was at Adams he would do the same for you. You can trust him." I say with a smile.

She nods her head. I stand up and hold out my hand. "Are you ready to go home?" I ask. She takes my hand and stands.

Her face is bright with a beautiful smile. " I'm ready my love, I will follow you to the end of the world." She says.

I search her eyes. She is being honest. I lay my lips to hers and with that we shift back to our wolves and we take off down the hill side by side.

I'm taking you home, my love, my better half. You are finally home.
