*(Sarah) The Warning ⚠

My eyes turn back to the large red head who had her green eyes on the spot where my pack mate left.

I clear my throat. "You wanted to speak with me?" I try to say making my voice not waver. I dont trust this women yet but still she just saved our lives.

Her head snaps back to look into my eyes. I tilt my head to the side as I get a gimps of her ears. A point? My eyes follow to the other side seeing the same thing. I sniff trying to catch her scent making me crinkle my nose as I have never smelt a smell like that before. So strong kind of sickening.

As she opeans her mouth to speak I beat her to it.

"May I ask what you are? Ive never smelt any one like you before." I speak honestly as I stand in my spot away from her crossing my arms over my chest. She closes her mouth as a smile shows and slowly stands making me take a step back.

Slowly she bows so her head is now lower then mine.

"I am of the Elven Kingdom, my name is Ara. I serve as the bodyguard of the princess." Her voice says proudly.

Elves? Ok so I heard of them in the meeting with the elders.

" if I'm not mistaken arnt rumors of the elves siding with the vampires in this war they are trying to start?" I say trying to remember what was said earlier.

She lifts her head to look at me once again.

"Well yes but thats why she has sent me here to speak with the Alpha queen. Thats why i followed your scent. I thought I would find her here.

I shake me head but smile as I think of my mate.

" no shes not here now but if you dont mind I would really like to know what it was you wanted to talk her before she shows up. That way if i can i may help. If you didnt know it already she does have quit the temper." I say smiling softly at the women. I watch as she swallows trying to push her nerves back. Only making me smile more. She soon nods her head and stands back up straight.

"Can we sit young wolf? Ive had a long journey?" She asks as I see the plead writen all over her face. Nodding my head I follow her to a cluster of rocks before taking a seat close, but not to close to her.

" so im here to inform The Alpha Queen that Princess Sovè does not agree with her fathers choice to aline with the Vampire Queen. In all honesty most of us don't." She starts to explain.  " we are in a civil war in our kingdom because of it. Sovè is biding time as she is good freinds with the Vampire princess Ava. Secretly we are trying to find a way to stand with your pack. And the others that follow Alpha Jamie." I nod my head at her words. Ok so this may be good. I think to myself. "Any other word that you can spear us? In all honesty we are alittle behind as we only go on rumors." I ask looking back to her hoping she is being honest with me.

She nods her head. " I'm not sure on the time limit of when this war will start, but what i do know is word has spread of Jamie finding her mate. The last meeting I attended they spoke of using her mate againt her. They are Jamie's only weakness as far as any one knows. Sovè wants me to pledge to Jamie that us that stand behind her will do everything in our power to stop and share anything that we can."

Her words make my body freeze.

I'm her weakness. Before we can share anymore words I smell her in the tree line making my head turn in the direction. A smile forming on my face. I dont see her but I know my mate is there.

"You can come out now." I say knowing she can hear me.

I watch as my tall mate breaks through the shadows of the trees still in her human form.

Jamies eyes on the new women next to me. She looks angry. I quickly stand and walk towards her making her eyes shift to me as they soften.

" hello my alpha. " I whisper with a smile as I get closer.

Her face is even softer now as I aproch. Her eyes shift down to my bare foot. "Sarah your bleeding." Her husky voice says. "What did she do to you." I soon find myself with her hands on me and her eyes not leaving my foot.

I softly giggle at her reaction but know i just try to step in before anything happens. Before I know it Jamie had moved my smaller body behind hers as she growls at the red head who has now stood where we had once been sitting.

I quickly move back infront of Jamie and grab her face in my hands making her look down into my eyes. I feel her shaking with anger in my hands.

" Love im ok. She helped me. She isn't the cause of my pain." I say softly as her eyes read my face. Her hands soon find my hips pulling me closer to her making my chest flush with hers. Her lips soon touch my forehead giving it a soft kiss. " you stink Sarah you smell like them" I watch as her face shows disgust making me laugh.

" it was that or be naked." I whisper in her ear. Making her grow lowly.

"When we get back home love, im going to make sure my scent is all over you." She returns the whisper in my ear before kissing it and pulling back to look back at the other women who is still standing there.

I had forgotten she was even there. I feel my whole body heat up at Jamies words. I know my face must be bright red by now. A small smirk on Jamies face as she must have noticed before it turns back to the demanding alpha face I remember seeing the first time I layed my eyes on her.

"Listen to what she has to say Jamie. Its important." I say louder. I look to the women and see her face full of surprise.

"That's why." She says.

"You are her mate"

Her mouth hanging opean and her eyes follow between Jamie and me. I slowly nod my head.

"I'm really glad I found you when I did Luna. I..." She trys to say before Jamie interrupts her.

" yes thank you. But now I need you to tell me what you have to say. Out of respect for what my mate has asked of me I will listen but it better be worth it."

I watch as Aras face turns to business aswell. She nods to Jamie.

They spend a little while talking everything that she had told me. Jamie asks quetions and Ara answers the best she could.

Looking around as they speak I see pack members in their wolf forms standing in the tree lines hidden but watching.

"Do you need a place to rest?" I ask Ara after they finally finish, my mate deep in thought.

" I dont wish to bother your pack Luna. I can make camp here with your permition of cource, before I head back."

I smile at her knowing the pack would feel uneasy with her at the house.
" if you're ok with that."

She softly chuckles with a smile at me.

" of cource. But please dont kill me in my sleep." She jokes making me laugh.

"Dont worry. Right alpha? " I say looking to Jamie as I pull her from her thoughts.

"yah you're fine staying here for the night. Just dont try anything we will be watching." She says sternly. All Ara does is nod to say she understands.

I pull Jamie away. Before we leave i turn back to the elven women. " thank you for your help and have a good night. Maybe we will see eachother again." I say to her.

" I'll do everything I can Sarah I promise."

With our parting words Jamie and I leave heading back to the pack house.

Before i know it I feel myself being lifted into the air making me squeal for a moment before I feel myself rest against my mates chest.

"Now Sarah, for what I said before." She whisper in my ear making a shiver run down my spin as I clench to her shirt.
