(Sarah) Little Beta

(Sarah's pov)

I feel so weak right now but it's nice to have Jamie holding me. She said she called for Samuel to come see me. I have to make sure he's ok. There is just something about him that I'm not sure of. He's so small but somthing in me feels so protective over him. 

My eyes stay glued to the door waiting when I see him rushes through but when he sees me awake he stops and walks to me slowly. I don't know what to say right away so I just pat my lap and smile at him. He smiles at me and I see happiness flash in his eyes. He climbs in to the bed gently and lay a his head to my chest. I wrap my arms around him and I hear him purring.

" Are you ok Sam?" I whisper in his ear. He looks up at me and nods his head before he lays back against me.

I run my fingers through his hair.

"Luna, thank you." His soft child voice says to me.

"Of course my little wolf" I tell him when he looks up at me again.

Our eyes lock for a while of silence.

"What is the future of the pack if our little Beta gets hurt?" I say giving him a wink. Be grins from ear to ear. I feel him get excited.

" Yes just like daddy, he says I'm be big and strong and protect my alpha and Luna no matter what." He says trying to repeat what I'm sure John has said many times. I can't help but laugh.

"My wolf says…." He starts.

"Wait, your wolf? You speak to your wolf?" I ask him looking into his eyes.

"Y.yes He wanted to shift. Thats why I was in da woods." He lets out a sigh. " but I couldn't I'm not strong enough to protect you" He frowns. I pull his chin up looking into his eyes.

"You will one day my big,strong Beta and you will do the pack proud I promise." My words make him smile again and he wraps his arms around me and looks over my shoulder to Jamie.

"Anty Jamie, she's the best." He says still holding tightly onto me.

I hear Jamie laugh behind me.

"That she is my little pup." I feel her arms tighten just a bit around my waist as she plants a kiss on my shoulder that that Samuel isn't on.

I feel her move pulling away getting off the bed.

"Jamie where are you going?" I look at her already missing her touch.

She just smiles at me. "I was going to let you two have some more time while I go and get some work done for a little bit." I just nod my head wishing she wouldnt walk out that door. She leans over to me and gives me a soft kiss on my lips before she pulls away and whispers in my ear, " You're going to make such a great mom one day to our pup." I feel my face heat up as she pulls away and heads out of the room with my eyes following.

I sigh. Yah I hope so, but how are we supposed to have pups?!?!?!

Samuel and I spend a few hours talking and cuddling before he gets sleepy and passes out on my lap. I feel sleepy too so him and I just cuddle and sleep. Feeling both our wolves content.
