Letters and Mochis ~ Jikook

Making up

Taehyung's P.O.V -

"Are you sure you'll be fine around Jimin today?" Hobi asks me as we head to school. I nod my head.

I really just want to make up with Jimin... I feel bad and realized my mistake... I can't believe I did that. I should've been more mature in the situation, then none of this would have happened.

"Yeah.. I'll be fine.." Hoseok looks at me worryingly. "Try to talk to him ok?" I nod my head.

After getting everything we need from our own lockers, Hoseok says he needs to go to Jungkook's locker quickly. "Why?" I ask as we make a start towards Jungkook's locker. "Y'know yesterday when I left the house?" I nod, "Well, I was actually going to meet Jimin. He wanted me to put the letter he wrote to Jungkook in his locker since Jungkook was staying over at Jimin's place," I hum.

We put the letter in Jungkook's locker once we arrive and then just hang around together as we wait for the bell to ring.

"Oh! I forgot to tell you but Jimin dyed his hair!" I turn my head towards Hoseok. "Really? What color?" he chuckles. "You'll see," I roll my eyes. Hoseok lightly slaps my head, "Ah. What was that for?!" I yell out. "Be respectful! I'm still you hyung," I groan and then pout. "How could you do that to your own boyfriend?"

"Actually, I'm not your boyfriend yet since neither of us have asked each other to be together, so technically, we aren't together," I pout again. Hoseok laughs and puts his arm around my shoulder, "It's either you ask soon or wait for me. Okay Tae?" he smirks. "Yeah yeah," I say.

The bell suddenly rings and I sigh.

How will I confront Jimin?

Hoseok notices my worry and reassures me. "Don't worry Tae! It'll be fine! Jimin is understanding... I'm sure if you talk to him, he'll forgive you!" I nod. "Good luck then! See you later Tae!" he says. I wave at him and head to class.

When I enter the class I don't see Jimin. Hopefully he's at school today.

I sit down in my chair and take my phone out. I take out my ear buds and put on a song then open up a game and start playing. As I play on my phone I hear the door slide open and the class go silent. I don't look up until I hear my classmate Nayeon speak up, "Woah! Jimin! Your hair!" I look up at Jimin and my mouth widens instantly. 

Jimin's hair... it's PINK?!?!? Oh my GOD!! Jin probably fangirled... fanboyed? Fangirled just sounds right for Jin though. I chuckle at my thought.

"Oh my god, Jimin! You look so adorable!" Nayeon says touching his hair as some of the girls surround him. Jimin smiles bashfully and chuckles, "Thank you," he says and tries to get out of the circle of girls who've surrounded him.

Jimin see's me looking at him and he looks down nervously. He sits down in his chair which is next to mine.

Maybe I should just ask to meet him at lunch and talk it out? Will he even come though? I mean... he should... right? We're best friends.

I decide to text him to meet me in the courtyard at lunch. Jeez.. I feel like I just fought with my boyfriend or something.

Meet me at the courtyard at lunch. I really need to talk to you..

I hear the notification sound Jimin set for my texts specifically. He looks at me briefly and gets his phone out of his bag. He reads it and then looks at me again but this time, he nods. I feel relief go through my body as Jimin puts his phone back in his bag.

"Okay everyone, get in your seats. Sorry for being late, we had a meeting and didn't end it till a little bit ago," everyone scrambles towards their seats and I take my ear buds out of my ears and place them, along with my phone, in my bag.
