Jisoo POV
I sighed as I watch the scene before me. Lisa was finally trying to make things right but Rosé was deeply hurt by Lisa's actions and wasn't willing to forgive her easily. I watched Lisa slide down to the floor, her back against the door and her head in her hands. It was obvious she regretted her actions but unfortunately for her Rosé wasn't ready to forgive her yet. I couldn't blame her though. I mean if this happened with me and Jennie per say, I wouldn't forgive her easily either. But I know Rosie, she's a softie and she misses her best friend. She'll forgive her eventually. At least that's what I'm hoping for, because until that happens Lisa will be mopping around looking all depressed and I don't want either of the maknaes to be sad.
I watched Lisa for a while as her quiet sobs filled the hallway. It broke my heart. Lisa was crying and Rosie was surely crying as well. Why couldn't they just be honest with their feelings and talk it out? 'You're one to talk' I thought when I realized I was doing the exact same thing, but at least I wasn't hurting anyone in the process. Well anyone but myself.
I thought I should give Lisa some time to herself. I knew that eventually she'd calm down and go back to her room.
At least that's what I thought, when I peeked my head out of my room after about 30 minutes I still saw Lisa sitting on the floor and Rosie's door closed shut.
I came closer toward Lisa and crouched beside her. I lightly shook her shoulder but she didn't react so I assumed she fell asleep.
"Aish, what to do" I got up and walked over to my room.
Jennie as usual sat on my bed with Dalgom in her arms.
"Is she still outside?" she asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, I'll get her a blanket so she doesn't get cold." I opened the door to my closet and took out a soft blue blanket with little ducks on it.
I also grabbed a pillow and walked out of the room with the blanket in one hand and the pillow in the other.
Normally I'd pick her up and carry her to her room but I knew she needed to show Chaeng that she wanted to make up. This was her way of showing Chaeng that she was willing to make sacrifices and to show her she needed and wanted her back. I knew I couldn't ruin that for her even though it meant her butt would hurt really bad in the morning.
Gently lifting her head from her hands, I slipped the pillow under it and layed the blanket on top of her.
"I hope you'll work it out even thought you're so oblivious....idiot" I chuckled quietly and kissed the top of her head.
I got up and walked back into the room that was simultaneously Jennie's because she literally never slept in her own, not that I was complaining. I opened the door and to my surprise Jennie was nowhere to be seen. When I left she was sitting on the bed with Dalgom but now, Dalgom was sleeping on the edge and Jennie was gone.
The sound of the door shutting filled the room as I felt a pair of arms wrap around my torso and a head rest against my back.
I didn't need to look to know who it was. Not because it couldn't be anyone else but because she was the only one who's single touch sent my heartbeat through the roof.
"Hi" she breathed out and her warm breath hit my skin giving me goosebumps.
My breath hitched in my throat but I managed to answer "Hey,"
I turned around, her hands not leaving my sides and looked into the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen staring into mine with such an intensity.
