Emma's POV
I woke up the next morning smelling pancakes. It instantly made me hungry. I grabbed my sweater off of my chair and walked out my room. Cameron's room was right across from mine. He was still asleep. I walked downstairs and saw Sierra cooking.
"Good morning sleeping beauty. I knew'd this work to get ya up!" She laughed.
"Good morning. And yhea your right. It worked."
"Good morning." Cameron walked in looking still half asleep.
"Hi. Are you hungry Cam?" Asked Sierra.
"Yeah. Good morning Emma."
"Good morning." I smiled half a smile. Gina walked in a few seconds later.
"Good morning everyone! Good morning Emma. How did you sleep?"
"Pretty good."
"Considering how you were snoring last night, you sound like you haven't slept in days." Cameron said biting his pancake.
"I don't snore that loud!" I giggled.
"Mmmhmmm. What ever you say Johnson." He said.
"Okay guys. Me and Sierra won't be back for a while. We're going to LA for a very important meeting."
"I still don't understand why I can't go when Nash, Carter, Hayes and Matt are there. I can just stay with them."
"Yeah? Well Emma is here right now isn't she?"
"Nope."
"Cameron. Your staying no matter what. We can't leave Emma here all by herself when we just letted her stay here."
"I'm sure she'll be fine."
"Cameron. I said no. Got it?"
"Fine. When will ya'll be back anyways?"
"At the most, five days."
"So a week."
"Maybe."
"Okay."
"Hey Emma. I'm sorry I'm leaving you alone with my brother. I really am."
"Huh? Oh! It's not a deal. I'm at least with someone aren't I?" I said.
"Yeah. At least your not alone."
"Can I at least bring one friend over?!"
"Fine. And only one friend. Got it?"
"Got it!"
"And which friend?"
"Oh you know. Nash, Carter, Hayes and Matt." Cameron said it fast.
"Ugh. Fine! What ever. But once I'm home. This house better be clean. And if it's not, me and you are gonna have problems boy."
"Yes! Thanks mom!"
"Mmmhmmm." She said walking away. Soon Sierra and Gina were outside putting their bags in the car.
"Okay Emma. Are you sure you wanna stay here?"
"I'm sure."
"Okay. Be safe. Cameron and his other idiotic friends will keep you safe. I love you." I haven't heard those three words in a long time. And honestly I almost cried.
"I love you too Gina."
"I feel bad leaving my bestfriend alone with my brother." Giggled Sierra.
"It's okay. You go make your dreams come true."
"I will. And if ever win an award for it, I'll be sure to say your name in my speech." She said hugging me tighter.
