Recipe:
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 eggs
1 tablespoon flavor
1 sachet margarine
1 n half sugar
Procedure
Step 1
Start by beating the margarine in a bowl with a hand mixer or manually with a paddle.
Step 2
Add sugar and flavor to the margarine and mix till fluffy.
Add eggs one by one and continue mixing.
Step 3
Sieve flour in a different bowl,add baking powder and mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder little by little in the batter, until all done with the flour as the last thing added.
Place papper cups in the cupcake pan and add the batter.
Bake for 12 mins at 180°c
