Ingredients
50 pcs chicken wings
2 handful scotch bonnets garlic cloves 15-17 Seasoning as required Spices
Chicken seasoning
1 bottle ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Parsley as required Lemon zest as required Sesame seeds to garnish
1. Cut wings into halves, wash and drain, add spices, blended pepper, crushed garlic, black pepper, seasoning to marinate, Let it seat for 3 hours or more
2. Set oil in a pan, coat the wings in seasoned flour and fry until golden brown
3. In a pan, add oil, ketchup, chilli flakes salt, sugar, black pepper and saute, add the
wings and stir fry for 7-10 mins.
4. Add chopped parsley and Serve warm.
