Ingredients
Butter 2 tbs
Curry leaves
Chopped carrot
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Thyme leaves
Spices
Chicken stock cubes
Chicken thighs
1 whole chicken
Homemade pasta
Chicken stock
Pepper
Garlic powderProcedure
Wash the chicken add the chopped onions and a little salt allow it to simmer until its tender. In another pot add melted butter, carrot, onions, spring onion and fry for 2 min, stir in the thyme, stock cubes.
Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a low simmer then add garlic powder and pepper flakes then add the pasta and allow to simmer for 10 min add the chicken thighs into the soup so that the stock covers them. Bring the soup back to a low simmer then partially cover the pot with a lid and cook, stirring a few times until the chicken thighs are cooked through; about 8 minutes
Adjust with more salt, as needed. Stir in the spices and serve.
