Pancake

Recipe:
2 cups flour
1 tin milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons margarine
8 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Step 1
Melt the margarine in a bowl.
Step 2
Break the eggs into the melted margarine and mix till smooth,then add 1 cup of water.
Step 3
Add milk,salt,sugar and mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour into the mixture and mix whisk well.
Step 5
Place a non-stick pan on low heat,scoop some of the batter into the pan.
Step 6
When bubbles foams,shake the pan time to time to loosen the pancake,then turn it to the other side as well.
Repeat the above process for the remaining batter.
Serve with syrup or with tea.
