CHAPTER ONE: ENTRANCE EXAM

"It's finally here" I yell with excitement! My big day to show my powers and what I can do!

I turn to my sister whos still standing mindlessly on the train. "Nishi-Chan, it's our stop, hurry we're gonna be late, " I say with annoyance, she finally snaps out of it and apologizes." "We're gonna be fine Iwa. We are gonna make it on time. We have to do our best today, even if I was recommended. It won't make things any easier. I'm not gonna be there to cheer you on today, so you have to be your own motivation."

"Right!", I say clenching my fist, "We can win this!", I say with a squeaky voice. "No matter the obstacle, we can do this!", I yell with excitement.

"PLUS ULTRA"

"And don't think I didn't notice your voice squeak Iwa" Nishi says with laughter as I blush.

After us almost being late, Nishi and I are split up. I wanted her to stay with me and be my guide, but I need to do this alone.

All the students are gathered inside U.A. for a "before exam prep". As I look around, I'm sitting next to a raven-haired boy with glasses. Before I could introduce myself to the uptight looking boy, Present Mic steps out trying to hype up the crowd. As the presentation goes on I try to keep myself from yelling with Present Mic and giggling at his failure. We begin to talk about the robots when the boy sitting next to me stands, "It states on our papers that there are four robots, if this is a mistake I expect more from the top hero school, and the boy with messy hair you've been causing a recuse this whole time. Have more respect. " He sits down and looks over to me," You are no better. Stop giggling and pay attention. " I cringe at his words and look back to the front. Listening to Present Mic explain the zero pointers.

When I get to the gate I'm surprised how big the door is "..."! 'how am I supposed to open this door'!! I think, 'maybe it's the first test,' I start to ramble deep in my thoughts about how to get past this door when I was interrupted. It was a kid with green messy hair. He was also rambling. He was cute and he looked so strong. His messy hair fits him. It's the same color as mine. I didn't notice I was staring at him for so long until a loud voice spread across the speakers. "Crime waits for no one, so there's no starting time, GO GO GO!"

Surprised, I rush in with no thought. I was the first in the gate while everyone else stood there for a few minutes. As I run in a third pointer comes out of nowhere and hits me into an alleyway filled with more robots.

My eyes widen as I start to panic

"ROBOTS!!!"

"Time to prove myself," I say charging my quirk, "let's go plus ultra!" As I say those words, all the robots charge at once. I panicked, losing my confidence, covering myself in a shield, "this is not good! Think m. What did Nishi teach you?", I say in a panic. My thoughts ramble back to me and Nishi's battles 'Use your surroundings to your advantage' her voice says like a recording in my head, "Right."

I quickly teleport myself out of my force field behind the bundle of robots. "Hey metal heads!" They turn around as I shoot gamma ray blast at them, melting most of them but two. They charge at me in a way that looks planned. I jump into the air opening a portal over my head summoning a meteorite, crashing a robot. The other charge as I touch the ground.

I dodge the attacks thrown at me and touch a part of the robot's wheel that looks about my size. "Time to stop," I say as I manipulate the structure of the robot's wheel causing it to stop. As it tries to move, I jump on its pack, placing my hands over its head and shooting a concentrated blast of gamma rays into its head causing it to disintegrate.

(A few minutes into battles)

As the dust settles, I slowly walk out of the alley I was thrown into. I smile with blood rushing from my forehead due to the robot that hit me in the first time. "That wasn't so hard. That should be around 40 points.", I say with a nervous laugh as I began to skip away.

BOOM!!!!!

A huge noise is heard from behind me along with lots of screaming. Still shaken, I turn to see the biggest robot I've ever seen. "It's beautiful. Must be the zero pointer Present Mic was going on about. It's the only big one and I haven't seen any zero pointers around."

Before I could do anything a bunch of screaming could be heard. Many students were in trouble while others ran past them. "I need to save them!" After I save them, I teleport myself to the top of a sturdy building and pull out my phone that I snuck in. "Nishiburu would love this"

Nishi-Chan: why are you... Whoa, what is that??

Me: I know right, Isn't it beautiful!!

Nishi-Chan: Beautiful no, but big yes. You should get out of there! RUN IWAGAWA!! get out of there!

Me: I'm fine. This kid just took it down by himself, he looks so ordinary, but he's so strong!

Nishi-Chan: Wow, wait, no GET OFF YOUR PHONE YOU CAN GET CAUGHT!! You need to think sometimes Iwa, I'll talk to you later.
