Alana's POV:
-April 15th 2019-
My once very tiny bump is now growing larger everyday and now Ashley (the technician from the doctors) can see some of the baby and it's looking big in my little "living space",it's insane to even see that a little human being is growing inside me.
Although it would've been a amazing experience to witness with someone else other than Ashley and the boys,It seems that's how it's going at the moment.
*knock knock*
oh lord who is the person disturbing this special moment?
"May we come in or are we barging in?" Joon says peeking his head in looking at me.
"Ashley can I bring in my family to see this?" I ask her
"Guidelines usually say 2-3 visitors but this isn't a hospital and no one really keeps track. Come right in" she says and signals them to come in.
The room is quickly swarmed and all 7 of their heads turn to look at the sonogram.
"It's a boy!" Jhope says loudly
"Actually we won't know the gender until mommy here is 20 weeks" she says
"So its a genderless human blob?" Suga asks her
"I guess you could say that" she says trying her hardest not to laugh.
"C'mon guys why are you guys so embarrassing!" I say hiding my face.
"So how is the daddy feeling about the baby?" Ashley asks me and my face drops.
Kai has no damn clue.
"Umm..right-"
"I'm really excited for this little one" Jungkook says and grabs my hand tightly.
"No way! Jungkook from BTS? you're one lucky girl!" She says and smiles.
I glance over at Jungkook and he smiled at me.
-after the appointment-
The drive home was filled with silence.
It was so silent that you could hear a penny drop.
"Listen Lana I'm sorry if I went too-"
"Shut up! just please shut up" I say snapping at him.
"Whoa...someone's snappy." He says
"Well I mean how do you want me to react to the fact you basically said you're the father of this child and when all 8 of us know it's not true." I say throwing my hands in the air
"Lana it's not a big deal you can explain later to Ashley-"
"That's not the point. Do you know how bad this looks? A teenager pregnant from a one night stand. I'm not even qualified or ready to be a mother but when I look at the baby in the sonogram I feel so happy yet scared!" I say before breaking down in tears.
This time for a actual good reason.
This whole pregnancy has been a ball of stress for me.
The sound of me sobbing makes Joon stop the car and he gets out of the car.
He opens my door and comforts me by hugging me.
"Listen you're not alone in this. You have us" He says
"You keep telling me this but it doesn't make the situation better" I say wiping my tears away
"It's hard but it's going to get better I promise you. Me and the boys will babysit whenever you need us to" He says
"But you guys have lives and tours to do-"
"You think we really wouldn't show our nephew or niece all the stuff we show you?" He asks me
"It's just I'm moving to America once the baby turns 1...I've been hiding this. I only told Jungkook because he sorta forced it out of me" I say frowning
"Before you say anything,no I don't really want to leave but my studies will be over next year and that means I can officially go back to America." I add
"Won't you miss us?" He asks me pouting a little
"Of course! You guys are like the brothers I never had!" I say
"Then don't leave." He says
"It's not that easy. I have to find work somewhere Joon to help support me and the baby." I say
"Please let's not talk about all of this when the baby hasn't even arrived yet." He says
"This whole experience is bittersweet to me Joon I'm sorry if I'm annoying you right now" I say
"You're not! I just think you need to relax and let us help you!" He says
"I DON'T NEED HELP!" I scream out and I realize I raised my voice by accident.
"Joon I didn't mean to scream at you-"
"It's ok Lana. I'm going back to my seat." He says and closes the car door.
I sigh loudly and groan.
I hate this day.
-later in the day-
We came back home and we all went to our rooms.
I walked into the living room after taking a nice and warm shower.
My hair still dripping wet since I washed it while I showered.
I get on my tip toes to grab a bowel from the top shelf and Jungkook grabs it for me.
He hands it to me.
"Thanks" I say lowly.
As I'm about to walk away he grabs my arm and moves me closer to him.
"I'm confused. I thought we liked each other?" He asks me
"We do. But I didn't think you were going to make a huge step like that Kookie. It's not even about the baby at this point. I don't want you ruining your career especially after how hard you worked for it. That's all." I say pouting
"I'm sorry I acted like a bitch." I add
"You weren't acting like one" he says holding me in his arms.
I raise my eyebrow at him and give him a "Yeah right" look.
"Anyway I'm still sorry...if you want to be the adoptive father to my unborn child you can but you have to understand it's going to take some getting use to for me." I say
"Of course and I understand that fully. I love this baby like it is my mine and I know I really like it's mom." He says and raises my chin with his finger.
"Oh really?" I say smirking and wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Did the doctor it's safe to do..that" he asks me wiggling his eyebrows.
"Can you stop making sex sound like a forbidden thing. Yes he said it's safe." I say
"Great" He says and he looks like he's about to jump my bones in this kitchen we are in.
"Wait. As long it's gentle he said" I say
"I can be gentle...sometimes" he mumbles the last part.
"You're a freak! Again why am I going out on a date with you?" I ask him
"Because we truly like each other" He says
"So then you can wait for...this until maybe the 2nd or 3rd date right?" I ask him and brush against him purposely.
He shakes his head
"You're such a teaser ugh." He groans and tries to chase after me but loses me quickly.
Jungkook's POV:
Damnit I lost her.
I start laughing realizing she couldn't had gone far so I know I'll find her eventually.
I open the fridge and I bend down to grab a water bottle.
"I see you two made up" Joon says and I jump.
"Haha Yeah..." I say after I take a big gulp of water.
"So are you two a item?" He asks me
"Is it too obvious?" I ask him
"Please the astronauts could see how you guys be all up on each other. It's gross but whatever makes Lana happy." He says
"Thanks hyung" I say and he walks over to me.
"screw up you're dead hear me?" He whispers in my ear and I nearly choke on my water.
"Yes." I say and he leaves.
"Hey Kookie nah nah naaaaa" she says sticking her tongue out at me and I chase her into the living room.
I pick her up by her legs and carry her bridal style spinning her around.
"JEON JUNGKOOK STOP IM GOING TO GET DIZZY AND BARF" she says loudly
I put her down slowly.
"You say the most romantic things sometimes" I say pushing some of her hair out of her face as we both laugh our asses off.
"Thank you" she says rolling her eyes playfully.
I lean down and peck her lips.
"That's all?" She asks me
"Sorry my lady..how about this?" I ask her and kiss her softly and hold her tightly in my arms as we kiss.
-meanwhile-
Kai's POV:
I'm going through some of my stuff looking for my wallet since I'm about to head out to a party.
I grab my phone and I accidentally open it with my fingerprint thanks to Touch ID.
I see multiple unread messages from Lana.
Yes Lana,the woman I slept with 2 months ago but is the woman who I have been ignoring because I can't risk my idol status being ruined because of a one night stand that probably she has forgotten about.
Alana's POV:
"Should I text him that can we talk?" I ask Jungkook as I show him that I'm about to text Kai.
"Yes do it." He says and watches me as I type away.
Kai's POV:
"Lana: hey Kai,it's Lana remember me? we need to talk, it's important." I read out loud as I get a text message from her.
I start typing.
Alana's POV:
"Kai: I'm busy today maybe tomorrow?"
Ugh this ass trying to escape me.
"Where are you going to now?" I text back
"Kai: none of your business" he sends back
"Whatever be childish. It's about the night we shared." I text back.
Silence after I send that.
Until...
"Kai: And?"
"Well it's a talk we have to talk about in person. Can I have your apartment number? I'll try to visit you this week." I text back
"Kai: fine that works. see you then" he sends back.
"He said okay this week" I say to Jungkook and we high five each other.
"I'm proud of you. Even if he still doesn't want the baby after you tell him. It's mine remember?" He says me and rubs my belly softly.
"Yes." I say and lay my head on his chest as we turn on a movie....
