Third P.O.V

"Hansuk, I-I don't want to move..." Taehyung softly said to his older brother, who was driving. He could hear the small sigh he just let out.

"We talked about this, Tae. It's for the best, y' know," he began. "And it would closer to mom's new job. We can't just let this opportunity go to waste."

Taehyung mumbled gibberish under his breath, a habit he does when things don't go his way.

"Do it for mom. It's been hard since dad died, and things had become easier ever since Euntae came into our lives," he stopped the car for the red light. "Wherever we go, we go together." There goes Hansuk with his poems, thought Taehyung.

"I-I just don't get it," Taehyung began, raising his voice a bit and trying to fight the tears forming in his eyes. "W-why Eomma would ever want to leave the place dad grew up in and lived for his entire life? A-a-nd dad would say-"

"HE'S DEAD, TAEHYUNG!" Hansuk didn't realize how loud he had become. There was nothing but the sounds of Taehyung's cries for his late father.

"You think I don't know that," Taehyung said faintly, but Hansuk heard.

"Wouldn't dad be proud that you're finally going to make that dream you both talked about for years come true? He would want you to go to Seoul," he responded. "So do it for him. Do it for me." He said the last part quietly, but Taehyung heard. Before he could answer, there was a loud honk behind them. It startled Hansuk, making him go forward.

SLAM!

Before they knew it, they were on the side of the road, smoke coming from the engine and airbags out. Taehyung groaned from the sudden force when he met the eyes of someone that'll scar him for life.

"HANSUK!"

Taehyung woke up with sweat and tears as he heard the alarm go off, interrupting his nightmare. He sat up on the side of the bed and let out a troubled groan while massaging his temples. Someone had entered the door.

"Taehyung, are you awake-" Mrs. Kim suddenly stopped and sat by his side, arms over his shaking body.

"I-I-I..."

"Shhh, I know," she said comforting her son. She handed him a pill and a glass of water. "Don't tell Euntae."

The boy nodded and swallowed the pill before washing it down with some water. His mother gave him a sweet kiss on the cheek and left the room. Taehyung changed into some clothes he had planned to wear with a toothbrush in his mouth. He then combed his hair a bit before going into the kitchen. He grabbed an apple and a granola bar to eat, where he saw his step-father who was about to leave for work.

"Have a good day at work," said Taehyung, feeling a bit cheery now. The man turned around and smiled at the boy.

"Thank you, Taehyung." He gave Taehyung's mom a kiss before leaving. Taehyung finished eating and looked through his phone a bit. After a while, his mom told him it was time to go. He grabbed his shoes in the closet next to the front door and his duffle bag with some extra clothes and other needs. They went outside and into Mrs. Kim's car.

Taehyung looked out the window the whole ride. He still couldn't believe he was here. Seoul. And the fact he'll be attending dance school to become a trainee. It was his and his late father's dream. But he still couldn't accept the fact that a certain someone wasn't around anymore. He looked at the side of the road, horrid memories starting to come back.

"We're here, Taehyung," his mother interrupted his thoughts. They both saw the school up ahead. It was big and white and looked very fancy. Taehyung stared at it in awe. His mother parked by the entrance then turned to face her son.

"Well, today is the day!" she said with a grin. "Are you ready?"

"Of course I am." Taehyung grabbed his duffle bag and went outside. A smell of pine hit almost immediately and Taehyung thought he'll never get used to it. He looked back to face his mother. She was dressed in a white sort of outfit. Well, she was the new science teacher in the community college.

"I love you, mom."

"I love you more."

He began to walk towards the building. Things were going to change, he could almost sense it. His future was right in front of him.

For you, dad. And for you, Hansuk.
