"Cap, what's going on up there?" Natasha yelled into her intercom.
Tony watched the ship fly higher, slowly but surely.
Come on Steve, answer!
"I'm almost out, it's like a maze in here!" Steve replied, panting.
"The ship is going to leave the atmosphere soon. Hurry up or you're not coming back." Natasha said frantically.
"I'm outside on the launch pad of the ship, what should I do?" Steve said, gasping.
"Just jump!" Tony yelled, frantic.
"I-I can't b-breathe." Steve was wheezing now, and everyone could hear it thorough the coms in their ears.
"You have to jump!" Natasha yelled. Static played back to her and Tony.

"Steve's com cut out." Natasha said, sighing.
"No!" I dropped to my knees.
"Tony," Natasha began, cut off by Clint.
"Guys look!" He pointed at the sky.
Tony looked up to see a blue figure falling from the ship, a red white and blue shield strapped to his wrist.
Steve.
Tony scrambled to his feet, flying up towards his love.
"Jarvis, activate double boosters!" Tony yelled, speeding towards the figure.
He shot up past Steve's falling body, only to zoom back down.
He caught Steve in his arms, hearing the sound of his back hitting metal.
"Jarvis, he needs oxygen!" Tony screamed, frantic.
"Right away sir." The AI responded, shooting out a mask from Tony's suit and latching it onto Steve's nose and mouth.
Steve gasped as the oxygen flowed into his nose, still unconscious.
Tony lowered them to the ground, placing Steve's still body on the grass field.
"Steve, Steve sweetie please. Please wake up." Tony felt tears trickle down his cheeks.
"Tony?" I voice muttered, and Tony's head snapped up.
"Steve!" Tony bent down, kissing Steve roughly. Steve chuckled.
"You-you almost died Steve! What the fuck!" Tony yelled, angry at his boyfriend.
"Language." Steve laughed.
"I guess you could say, I fell for you." Steve said, eyes sparkling.
"Oh my god, that was the cheesiest and best thing I've ever heard." Tony beamed.
"Ouch, my back really hurts." Steve groaned, attempting to sit up.
"Yeah, I kind of had to catch you using my metal arms." Tony scratched the back of his head.
Steve laughed, sighing as he propped himself up on his elbows.
"Thank you Tony, you saved my life." Steve said.
"Always, anything for you Steve." Tony kissed him passionately, and helped him to his feet.
"One thing though." Steve said, turning to Tony.
"I got it." Steve said, pulling a small fabric case from under his shield straps. Tony gasped.
"We didn't fail! Oh my god Steve your fucking amazing!" Tony was practically jumping up and down like a child who just saw a puppy.
Steve laughed, hooking an arm around Tony for support.
"Let's go home, shall we?" Tony said, smiling at his super soldier.
"We shall." Steve said, making his voice lower.
Tony picked Steve up, flying back to avengers tower with Steve in his arms.
