The party ended just few hours ago, people are leaving as they go some even staying in one of the rooms in the hotel. 

We all left the ballroom and was huddled up in a room which consist of the whole 'gang'.

Me, Brianna, Brian, Ethan, Will, Gabriella, Tommy and Ryan. 

I don't even ask how we managed to let Tommy in, it was a struggle.

I haven't properly introduced Ryan yet. Ryan Flynn is the quarterback of the school's football, he got the looks and the skills he's somewhat like Tommy but the senior version of him, but Ryan is a lot nicer and actually has a heart unlike Tommy.

were all seemed to be sprawled out, tired.

"I swear those two girls grinding on me were lesbians" Brians continues his story. No one seems to be listening to his erotic story, everyone seemed to caught up in their own little conversations.

Leaving me out of course, so I'm forced to listen to whatever Brian is talking about.

"This one girl had like the same eyes as you, she looked like you I swear to god" Brian blurted out, I just laughed forcefully knowing that I will probably never in my life grind on this idiot.

"I loved every single bit of it though" He confessed. I just chuckled at how drunk he sounds right now.

"Go to bed Brian" I told him, he shook his head 'no'. "Actually Rivera, fine I will not because you told me to but because I want to" He soon agrees and stood up to go to his room that he had shotgun on.

I shook my head at his action, "He's probably going to have the biggest hangover" Ethan says, breaking the conversation that he had with Ryan.

"I didn't realize you took off your necklace, I never thought you'd ever take it off" Ethan says, surprise evident in his voice.

"What do you mean I took it off? i never took my necklace off" I protested as my hand rose up to where my necklace usually lays on to find the jewellery is indeed gone.

I started freaking out, I can't lose that necklace. It's the only source of love I could get from my parents.

"guys, I lost my necklace" I was freaking out, I have never in my life had that necklace off my neck not even once. "Maybe It's in the ballroom?" Ryan suggested, I was rummaging around the bed looking for the jade necklace. "I'll help you look for it" Gabriella volunteered and stood up to go to the ballroom. "I'll go with her" Ethan says and followed Gabriella out. 


"How does it look like?" Tommy questioned stupidly, "You idiot, you've seen it so many times before" Ryan says in behalf of me, remind me to thank him later. 

"Whatever, it's not that important to me anyways" Tommy snaps at him, his comeback made me cringe. "Shut up Tommy just go find a life" Brianna cut in before I had the chance to. "Yeah, just get out" Ryan rolled his eyes as he helped me rummage around the room. "Fine, let's go Will" He says standing up and ready to head out. 

"No, Will stays" Bri said sternly, "Sorry, mahn" Will apologized without any sympathy.

Tommy didn't seem too fond of his action so he just left without a word."Ignore him" Ryan advised. 

We spent hours searching for my necklace and it was nowhere to be seen, at this point I felt like my world is about to collapse. My source of love is gone.

I might seem pathetic and weak because of just one necklace that i could probably buy in Forever 21 but i know i couldn't. It might look the same or just simply is the same but the story of necklace won't be the same. The necklace was my great grandmother's, and losing your great grandmothers one and only treasure is just devastating

"Don't worry we'll find it" Bri assures me, "Don't cry" She adds in when she realize my tears were starting to roll down my cheek. "I'm sorry" i replied weakly, wiping away the hot tears. 

"Don't be" she said and took my hands away from my face."We'll find it, i'm sure of it" Brianna whispers and wiped away one of my tears that escaped.

i just nod.

Suddenly, the door burst open and Ethan and Gabriella appeared with and exhausting look on their face, heavily breathing. They looked like they just ran a marathon, if I wasn't in a bad situation right now i'd probably be laughing my ass off.

"We found your necklace, well sorta" Ethan says in between breaths, "Where is it?" i asked and jumped off the bed. "It's not with us, we tried to catch the guy that had it as fast as we can but he was too fast and he jumped in his car and drove away" Gabriella explained. 

"The good news is, we got this" She added, and showed me an iPhone. "It fell off his pocket, he's obviously going to go searching for it at one point" 

i grabbed the iphone and clicked the home button to see a plain blue wallpaper, i swiped to unlock surprised that the person didn't had a password on. 

"Some idiot" Ryah scoffs behind me as he saw the unsecured device. I ignored Ryan's statement as i observe the phone. He has a solid dark blue background, he has most of the basic utilities an iPhone needs. "Check his messages" Ryan suggest. 

I felt uneasy checking other people's privacy but the person took my necklace so it's fair. Right?

I tapped on the messages icon and saw a couple of names that i don't recognize. I scrolled through and everything seems pretty harmless to me. I pressed the home button and sighed."You haven't checked his camera rolls yet, maybe we can identify his looks" Bri said.

I tapped on the photo icon and checked his camera rolls to find not much photo around 59 photos and most were pictures of old rock bands that i couldn't recognize. I found a picture of someone, a guy. He has dark black hair, a slightly chubby face, pouty lips and he's holding a white and black four stringed guitar. "That could be the guy" Gabriella pointed at the guy, "What if it's not? he seems harmless" i denied, "Everything seems harmless to you Ella, we saw the guy. We should report him to the police" Ethan says, "What? We have no proof yet" i shot back, I'm not defending the guy it'sjust that i'm not sure that we have enough proof that he's the guy.

"We already have proof, right over here. C'mon don't you want your necklace back?" Ethan pointed at the picture of the guy. "I guess you're right" I sighed, "So are we reporting to the police now or?" I questioned. "The sooner we report this prick to the police, the sooner you get to hold you necklace. So let's go" Ethan says standing up ready to leave the hotel. "Can i come?" Gabriella asked me, "Yeah sure, are you guys fine just staying here?" I turned my attention to Bri, Will and Ryan. They all nod and Ryan gave me a thumbs up. "Okay, let's go to the police station then"
