A sophomore wow I'm so ahead in life
A dead end job no friends and a smoke ... a lot. My name ... oh it's J just call me j. I do however have a boyfriend his name is Nate  he's sweet but he's popular that's why everyone pretends to like me. I'm a lead singer in chorus he plays drums in a band but these things are besides the point.

Mikey I run up to one of my few friends and hug him "sup j where have you been"
I hold my shoulder looking down "smoking" he snatches my purse and takes out a pack of cigarettes " j this isn't good for you" I take the pack back it has one left " come on Mikey it only has one left and I've had it for like three weeks" he sighs handing me my purse back "at least your trying to quit" I smile as he walks to his bus and I go to meet Nate so we can walk home .

I light my last cigarette and Nate frowns I turn to him raising an eyebrow "did you want some?" He chuckles "no I want you to quit" he hugs my waist and lifts me up
"Hey! I'm trying I've had this pack for over a month"  he sets me down ... Nate is a great boyfriend but he never really stood up for me or understood me in a sense he disrespects the fact that I am asexual and he can't really throw a punch to save my life or his like when I was getting beat up he just stood back and walked away but I fought my way out of it.
We are on my back trail to my house I live in the forest. Nate was scared of it but he has gotten used to it we where almost home I felt like someone was watching me
My house was coming into view when I felt someone grab me I screamed he had grabbed Nate too. He was wearing a black hoodie with grey jeans but the freaky part was his mask it was blue ironically my favorite color with black sockets dripping tears. I hear Nate
scream " PLEASE DONT HURT US" the man throws me to the floor paralyzed with fear I couldn't get up. He takes out a gun and Nate flails around and begs "please don't kill me kill her please just not me" the man drops the gun I snap out of it "... how could you say that" I tear up " I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME" the man drops him and Nate runs away the strange man kicks the gun to the side and holds out his gloved hand. "I-I" I stutter he answers in a medium toned voice " don't worry I'm not gonna hurt you" I grabbed his hand a bit weak from crying "can you walk" he looked at me I nodded my head "I'll be fine" He walks me in the direction of my house we are a few feet away my parents don't seem to be home. I trip and cut my knee on a rock the man grabs me and carries me to my doorstep "you are quite problematic aren't you" I scoff "how would you known that" he sets me down and laughs  "j I have known you since we were kids " I tilt my head confused "who are you" he pats my head and opens the door for me " just call me ej " I walk inside and set my bag down and I see him walk away. I wave "by ej ... Will I see you tomorrow?"
He turns and stares at me "how about I give you a ride to school tomorrow?"
I smile and perk up a bit "okay" he walks away hands in his pockets and I shut the door .... did I just say yes to a ride from the man who could have just killed me. Then I think of a bigger problem.... Nate didn't even hesitate to tell ej to kill me instead of him .... I knew I couldn't have gotten that lucky. I'll break up with him tomorrow if he doesn't break up with me first. I grab my ap human book and study for the exam tomorrow god I hate that class and mr. Mulis he's so ... weird .

2 hours in and I'm bored I don't have time for this I look down at my feet my husky is sleeping I kneel next to him "hey there reaper how you doing" he looks and me and licks my face and huffs "hehe I'm sorry I woke you up" I rub his neck "you're just too darn cute buddy" he lays back down and huffs "fine I'll leave you alone" I walk to my room when my phone rings "hey mom"
Hola mija otō-San and I will be home late today . He said not to invite Nate over
"Oh trust me mom I won't, love you"

I hang up the phone and get food from the microwave and heat it up. Reaper sits next to me I hand him a piece of a pork chop. He lays down and eats it. I eat my rice and beans and sigh getting a notification that the mail is here. I go out and greet the mail man handing him his batch of cookies for today " thank you j you are always my favorite stop how's school going"
"Good I'm studying for ap human right now" he smiles and hands me the mail "your paycheck came in today how can a 16 year old make more than 10$ an hour" I laugh and take the mail "ha perks of being Japanese  and Hispanic the more u speak the more the money" I hug him and he drives off and I skip inside man Brent is like an uncle to me I've known him since I was born ^^ he always loves our cookies I open my paycheck yay more money for a house I've got 20,579 dollars so far but that's not enough maybe for a car it is but I really want a motorcycle. I go to my bedroom and take off my clothes and go to the bathroom.

I get an off guard look at my face in the mirror and jump "god damnit stop doing that!" I open the cabinet and grab a makeup wipe taking of my makeup "I need to redye my tips blue" I feel the shaved half of my head "and get my hair cut it's growing" I throw the wipe away and step into the shower I turn on some music and sing along to my boys bts 

An hour of bts later

I step out of the shower and dry off I put on my oversized blue hoodie and some shorts and my RM socks. I walk to the kitchen and grab a can of pink lemonade and sit on the couch to watch some voltron. Reaper sits next to me and we fall asleep together on the couch .
