I wake up still on the couch I slide some black jeans on and my blue converse no need to change out of my hoodie I'm just gonna test then come back home so. I shrug my parents had already left I grab some toast for me and for ej and feed reaper "by buddy love you" he barked

I stepped outside and saw ej waiting for me I squealed "YOU HAVE A BLUE MOTORCYCLE?!?!" He hold up a blue helmet towards me "yeah and a blue helmet" I took the helmet and smile "this is the best day of my life" I sit behind him and slide the helmet on he pulls Dow his visor and takes off "WAHOOOOOO" I scream he chuckles.We get on the main city road I see Nate walking and he looks at me it's a red light so I put down my visor and look at him the light turns green so I put my visor up and we pull off I don't think he knows who I am ... well I hope not I don't want to even think about him. I hold on tighter to ej and tear up "you ok?" He asks and I look up "yes" I nod as we pull up to my school

Everyone is staring like they have never seen a motorcycle before. I take talk to ej for a bit and thank him and hand him a lunch I made him and I see Nate pull up I take off the helmet and hear people gasp I ignore it and hand him the helmet "no keep it I'll pick you up" I smile and giggle " okay see you ej" he waves and pulls off and I walk over to mike and he points at Nate "look at his face" I look at his face and he looks mad and shocked I look at him "I almost got murdered and he did nothing he said 'ah don't take me take her' I hate him" mike looks at Nate .... " so I kill him now?" I shake my head and he looks at me "so mr.motorcycle who is he" I think for a second "he's ... an old friend apparently but I had only met him yesterday" mike looks confused Nate looks at me pissed " j is that the guy who tried to kill us yesterday" I cross my arms " no that's the guy that showed my how much of an ass you are" he looked down "look I'm so-"
"No Nate" people where staring "he pulled out a gun and you TOLD HIM TO SHOOT ME AND LET YOU LIVE THATS AWFUL HOW COULD YOU YOU SAID YOU LOVED ME" he shifts uncomfortable
"J I'm truly sorry...how are you not dead"
" because he never shot my someone else did" his eyes widen
" where .. are you ok .. who did it!!"
" NO IM NOT OK YOU SHOT ME IN THE HEART NATE" mike and I walk away and I flip him off and walk into first period and sit down with Aden,noah,and Lexi

"Hey guys" Noah throws up a peace sigh and Lexi waves. Aden looks at me
"Sup" I sit down and open Noah and i's box and take out my bowl piece and go over to get glaze for it and Lexi ask
"So how is Nate" I slam the cabinet and grab a brush
" I broke up with him" the boys look shocked and Lexi gasps
"What why you guys where so cute" I shake my head
"It's a long story" they all gather at the table and I sigh explaining it all

10 minutes of tea

Noah crosses his arms " what a dick I'm so glad zac would never do that" Aden and Lexi offer to kill him and I shake my head laughing
" no it's ok guys I'm over it" the bell rings I say good bye to Lexi and Aden and walk to second period with Noah and meet zac
"Oh look at my gay children so cute" they flip me of and I giggle as we walk into theater and go over our lines.

At lunch

I pull out my new pack of cigs and smoke one Noah and zac stand with me and both ask for one I hand them both one and we smoke till the end of fifth period cuz it's our free period I walk to sixth with zac and James. James looks at me " so I heard the tea I'm so sorry sis" he hugs me and I smile "I'm actually ok now" we all walk in and sit with hunter and destiny and we make plans to go to the movies on the first weekend of summer. The bell rings the most dreadful bell me and destiny cringe we both say "ap human exam" we hurry to the library we have an hour to do it it has 30 question" here we go

After school

I walk out to where I used to wait for Nate and he shows up and smiles
"J you're here" I scoff yes yes I am
"Look I'm really truly sorry for wh-.." ej pulls up on his motorcycle and I put on my helmet "bye Nathan" I hug onto ej and we pull off

"that was cold" ej chuckled I laugh "well he deserves it" he stops and The YoYo my favorite frozen yogurt place
" what are we doing here" he takes off his helmet facing away from me and puts on his mask it's probably personal he looks at me
" I though u could use some cheering up i guess" I smile and thank him and we walk in Nate's sister is in there Maxy
" OMG J hi " she runs up and hugs me " I'm sorry my brother is such a dick I can't believe he did that" I smile
" it's ok Maxy "
"I'm supposed to be waiting for him here too I'll make sure he doesn't talk to you" I hug her one last time
" thanks bff" she walks away waving and ej and I look around I look up at him he's like half a foot taller than me damn giant

"What are you gonna get" I look at him he shrugs
" isn't it the same as ice cream I'll just get vanilla" I gasp and my jaw drops
" have you never had frozen yogurt" he shakes his head and I pull him to every flavor " we can't start our friendship like this you must taste it all "

10 minutes later

"So" I smile " which one do you like" he stares for a bit
"Blueberry vanilla" Nate walks in I squealed " omg that's my favorite flavor too let's get some on me" I pour us both some Nate looks at ej with a glare and I glare back at Nate and maxy pulls him to their car and ej and I sit down at a window table he lifts up hid mask a bit he has a grayish skin tone and sharp teeth ....
He is clearly dangerous but he's my friend so I don't care. He tilts his head "are you ok" ah fuck I've been staring
"Yeah sorry just thinking about if I passed or not" he eats another spoonful
"I'm sure you passed with flying colors" I smile "thanks"
He nods and we throw our cups away as I go to pay he snatches my wallet and puts it in his pocket taking out his and paying I frown as the cashier looks at him weirdly I get mad "what are you staring at" the cashier looks at me
"Look at him he's a freak" I get on the counter and grab the cashiers collar ej looks at us confused
" that "FREAK" is my friend don't talk about him like that ever ag-.. " ej pulls me off the counter "Hey!" He drags me out of the store handing me my wallet back and shaking his head
"Don't do that you could get in trouble "
I grab my helmet
"But he was being an ass"
He faces away takes off his mask and slides on his helmet shaking his head "just ignore it it's super common" I cross my arms and sit down behind him on the motorcycle and we drive off

30 minutes later

It's around six pm we are in the forest and we get to my house my parents yet again aren't home I take off my helmet ej says for me to keep it I smile and he pulls off I wave goodbye my parents are pulling into the drive way I smile and wave but they don't look too pleased they park in the drive way
