Candy Hearts

School

Before I knew it, it was Monday morning again.

~Beep beep~

There goes my alarm clock.

I get up with a puff to the washroom and wash my face, straighten my hair, and put on some makeup. After that, I head back to my room to pick out something to wear. I decided on a grey Nova Scotia sweater, black leggings, work socks, and black combat boots.

Breakfast time! I rushed downstairs to meet my dog Rover (he's a golden labradoodle!) and grab some berry mini wheats.

"Have you done your homework? You've had a very busy weekend. Please tell you have done it!" my mom asked me.

My mom popped out infront of me wearing a white night gown, bunny slippers, and a bad case of bed head.

"Yes I have done my homework. You happy?" I said.

She didn't respond.

"Well I gonna go now mom!" I shouted

"Bye honey, have a nice day."she replied back.

I opened the door and head out into the autumn air. I pulled out my phone and started playing "Black Beauty" by Lana Del Rey.

I made it to the bus stop just in time for bus. And Cece.

I got on the bus and sat down at the back. Cece was sitting right infront of me. There was a awkward silence between us. Until she turned around.

"You must have had a bad weekend after you ditched me. That was a really bitchy move." Cece said.

"Actually I had a AMAZING weekend without you Cece! And by the way, Shrek called....he wants his face back!"

After that comment, Cece turned around with a "humph" and put back in her earphones.

I looked out the window, proud of my little comment. Until I finally realized that comment might be it for me and Cece. Immediately, a smile grew upon my face. I might finally be free from Cece once and for all.
