She lifted her head from Aly's shoulder. "Alyssa?"
Aly was awake - awake and gazing at her as if that's what she'd been doing for hours.
Dennise struggled to dredge up details. There'd been a wedding ceremony, Alyssa had slipped a delicate gold filigree ring on her finger, afterward they'd signed their marriage license and Viola they ate now married.
