"Hello," Nathaniel answered his phone. An unknown number called him and he was surprised, not many people called him.
"Nathaniel," A familiar voice came through the speaker, chilling him to the bone.
"Prince Adrien," Nathaniel said, fear evident in his voice. He still hasn't gotten over that email he received. He quickly tried to hide it though, "What a pleasure it is speaking to you. May I ask what it is you called me for?"
"I just wanted to speak to you over a couple drinks. You know, apologize for how I acted on the occasions in which met," Adrien said, sounding genuine.
'Thank God! He doesn't suspect me!' Nathaniel let out a sigh of relief before replying, "I'm afraid I'm not in the country right now. I'm out doing some business. We'd have to meet up some other time."
"Nonsense!" Adrien said, startling Nathaniel. "I'll just come to where you are. I need to get my mind off some things and a mini trip would to good for me."
"I- N-No need to come where I am!" Nathaniel tried to change his mind, but it was useless.
"I really need to speak to you. Maybe we'll even be friends! Where are you?"
Nathaniel gave up. Maybe being friends with the Prince would make him less of a suspect. "I'm in the Caribbean."
"The Caribbean is big, Nathaniel, I need to know exactly where in the Caribbean you are," Adrien said, sounding as calm and kind as ever.
Nathaniel sighed then spoke, "I'm in Barbados. I'm staying at my family's vacation house."
"Sounds nice," Adrien hummed. "Can I take two friends with me? I mean, I'm going to be on a sorta vacation, I'm going to need company."
"Aren't I enough company?" Nathaniel chuckled nervously. The last thing he needed was Adrien's friends in his house.
"Not really. I like having company from home when I leave the country," Adrien stated.
"Okay," Nathaniel sighed. "I'll send you all the details to get to the house later."
"You're the best, Nath. Anyways, I gotta go. Duty calls," The line then went dead and Nathaniel slowly moved the phone from his ear.
"Did he just called me Nath?" Nathaniel asked himself.
Nathaniel called for a guard and within minutes he was by his side.
"You called, your highness?"
"Luka, I need you to gather everything for the princess and burn them right now. Her wedding dress, all the dresses I bought, and her jewelry," He ordered, taking a seat on his bed.
"May I ask why?"
"Prince Adrien is coming to stay here for a while and he's bringing two friends with him," Nathaniel stated.
"That's odd," Luka commented and Nathaniel nodded in agreement.
"Very."
Little did they know, a nursemaid was listening to their conversation.

Chloe was braiding Marinette's hair when Juleka burst into the room. Her face was red and her breathing was fast and rugged.
"Why do you look like you just ran a marathon?" Marinette asked, glancing at her.
"You won't believe what I just heard," She said, trying to catch her breath as she sat on the bed.
