"Noah wait!" I grabbed his arms to refrain him from walking.

"Hey nandiyan ka pala?" He said innocently.

"Naghintay kaba sakin all night?" I directly asked, no hesitation in my voice.

"No..."  he paused for a while then breathe heavily "why would I do that?" yeah why would he right? I'm just an employee "I slept in my bed then bumalik ako the moment sun rised" he said calmly. 'I'm relieved' 

Noah's POV

"Naghintay kaba sakin all night?" diretsong tanong  niya. Yan yung tanong na pilit kong iniiwasan, diko gustong magsinungaling sa kanya I want to tell the fact that I waited for her all night in wilderness but... I can't just say that for her to be guilty. It's my choice.

"No" I'm sorry if I had to lie, I have this urge feeling that di ako dapat nagsisinungaling sakanya. I breathe heavily then finds my voice na tila ayaw lumabas. "why would I do that?... I slept in my bed then bumalik  ako the moment sun rised"

I did wait for her all the way this morning. I waited and wala akong tulog. Those cold breeze na nilabanan ko. Di na ako bumalik sa penthouse to get blankets baka  kasi pag umalis ako yun din ang pagdating ni Shanelle.

But I was wrong, inumaga nalang pero di siya dumating.

I lied, ayaw kong makonsensya siya. I didn't know what I was saying while telling my reasons but one thing's for sure. She's not just my employee.

I walked away from her going directly to pub.
