NO ONE'S POV

Meliodas was getting ready to fight the foul demon, in the perfect cube.

The demon, who was fast of thinking; quickly ran behind Meliodas and struck him in the back. This made the perfect cube fill up with black smoke, blocking the view to the others.

"Meliodas!" Elizabeth yelled, because she was worried for the captain.

The black mist disappeared when the perfevt cube broke, sending Meliodas and the demon to the ground.

Everyone looked in shock, and saw Meliodas with a massive hole in his chest; and was struggling to breathe.

MELIODAS POV

It was hard to breathe.

After 3000 years, this is the closest to death I have felt; which is strange, since I'm immortal.

"You can't kill me..." I said struggling "I'm immortal, so I'll just wake up anyways" I exclaimed with a smile.

The demon just grinned at me, and replied "Or are you? Some days ago, I lifted the curse in your sleep." Which made my crew mates gasp in shock with worried faces, and Elizabeth was crying.

"What?!" I asked "Yes, my son..." the demon replied, and everyone looked shocked because I, Meliodas, was the Demon King's son. "I would never call you my father!-" I shouted, but I was interrupted with a sword stabbing me through the head.

Darkness.

I couldn't see, or feel.

I could hear my crew mates screaming my name out, but it quickly faded.

Was I... dead?

No, I can't be.

I was.

I couldn't move or breathe, and a white light came down to me like I was in a tunnel.

I was dead.

I woke up, I don't know how long after, in a dark place. I could see many souls wondering around, and they looked miserable.

NO ONE'S POV

All of the crew were crying, except for Gowther because he's just an emotionless muffin.

"He's dead." The demon king uttered "He's gone!" He laughed hysterically and shot off into the sky, faster than the speed of light.

The crew all ran and gathered around meliodas, but Elizabeth gripped him in her arms and cradled him next to her chest.

"Please..." she whispered "Don't leave...!" And she kind of yelled at the end of the sentence.

"Captain..." Ban said shakily "No..."

Gowther butted in and exclaimed, using his magic on Meliodas "He's gone; no signs of life, not even a sign of healing", a tear rolled down his cheek and he wiped it "What is this feeling?"

"Sadness, gowther." Merlin said with tears, she hugged Escanor as he comforted her.

"Cap...tain..." Diane cried, as she hugged King as hard as she could, with him crying next to her.

It was like a river of tears that day, even gowther cried a little.

Damn, it was hard without the captain.

How would they be The Seven Deadly Sins without him?
