Its bad to say but I've always hated my pack and it wasn't the entire pack but the Alpha fault. It wasn't that I was bullied or that everyone hated me but the pack was now a joke. They were weak didn't train like they were suppose to didn't go to pack meeting in front of the council nor did they keep up the pack house. All they did was throw parties and make a mess.
It sucks for my parents because they were both born into this pack and were close friends with the Alpha and Luna before they passed. Once their son took over it really went down hill from than for the next couple of years. I don't remember his parents but i do remember hearing the music thumping through out the pack house when we would have our sleepovers. I'm not too sure if I was born into the pack when the new Alpha became the new leader but that's that.
Personally I'm waiting for the council to come and strip him of his Alpha title. It makes no sense how you follow your parents legacy and throw it in the garbage.
Anyways i was currently at my house watching tv rather loudly because i could hear a faint sound of music playing in the background from the pack house. That's sad because the house is about five miles from the pack house.
"Oh my god we are fucked." I turn to Alison and Sophie, my two best friends running inside the house through the back door with my brother, Jerry behind them.
"The pack house is getting raided." Alison says with alarmed eyes. "And its not the council."
"Why would they at this time of night." I joke as they all look at me like i was crazy. "Sorry, you're right, lets go to the basement."
We run down to the basement as i lock the door as we all make it down and i punch the code in to get in the bunker. Weird but this isn't the first time this has happened to us. This is probably the second time this year that we have been raided by other packs but gotten out safely.
We huddle around as we hear thrashing around and then a pounding at the door.
"Open the fucking door." We hear a booming and authoritative voice calls through the door.
"I'm scared." Alison whispers as Jerry wraps his arms around her as another round of beatings came to the door as the door starts to give in.
"I rather die then die and the door is broken." I tell them just as the door gives away and i scream. I feel myself being grabbed and all i see is a back. Well a rather muscular back.
"Give me my sister back." Jerry says as the guy laughs at him.
"Sorry boy, I'm your new alpha, so i best suggest you not tell me what to do with my mate."
"M-mate?" I ask not even realizing it. I was so struck with fear that I didn't get a good whiff of him making my bones want to jump out from under my skin.
"I don't give a flying fuck if your my alpha, get the fuck away from my sister." Jerry says as i put my hand on my mates arm as he looks down at me with angry eyes. It made me want to shrink even smaller than i am but I don't because mama ain't raise no bitch.
"Jerry, don't get yourself killed." I tell him as Alpha pushes me softly towards Jerry as he nods.
"I do what i want, I'm your protector." Jerry says still glaring at Mr. Fine as hell.
"Well its a battle you will surely lose." He tells Jerry as i cut my eyes at him.
"Not up to you sir."
"We are getting raided and your worried about your sisters virginity?" Sophie exclaims slapping Jerry in the back of his head as his glare drops from Alpha to Sophie.
"You're an idiot." Alison says putting her hands up in surrender.
"I'm not taking anyone as a prisoner. Just the land ladies." He winks at me as I feel myself blush but don't look away.
"Thank god, our alpha was an idiot." I let out a sigh as i see a smile itching to grace his beautiful face. "Also someone will have to replace this door before our mom looses her shit."
"Ill get someone on it." He says nodding. "Also Jerry, there's training early tomorrow morning, don't miss it."
"What the fuck was that?" Alison ask as we make it back upstairs and the boys leave. I laugh sitting on the couch shaking my head.
"I must be dreaming because that's too much for me to handle in real life."
