"So?" Sophie raises an eyebrow as I drink my coffee enjoying the steaming hot liquid rolling down my throat.

"I wanted to kill him." I tell her sighing. "He's so lucky that I do like him.

"Girl, that is your mate, I wouldn't expect anything less." She laughs. "You're lucky you got your mate so early."

"Ugh. Lucky. There are two of his goons outside the coffee shop making sure I'm protected. I feel like a prisoner even though I'm not."

"He's doing what's best since you don't know how to fight." Amy smirks as I glare at her.

"I can fight, you never seen me." I tell her as she laughs along with Sophie.

"You May be big and bold my lady, but you are not a fighter. Never have, never will be."

"Okay, but say my life depends on it that means I won't do good?" I ask.

"Look, you're all bark no bite. That's okay. It's understandable it's easy, but you are a Luna and you will neen to fight." Sophie smiles as I roll my eyes.

"Whatever, you two are bullies Anyways, I'm over this conversation What are we doing after this?" I ask them as Amy shrugs.

"Girl we have the whole day to ourselves. It's whatever your heart desires." Alison shrugs  at us slouching more into the booth.

The coffee spot in our town was always empty and we loved the peace and quiet. It's not like they didn't get business but it seemed like every time we went it was deserted, and that was the best thing for us.

"How about we stay here?" Sophie ask as I nod.

"I really enjoy that idea." I smile nodding.

"Three more refills?" The waiter ask smiling as we nod.

After about three more hours of hanging around the rush started to come in and we knew that was our cue to leave.

"Should've known that they would get busy around 1." I whine as we walk down the street to where Sophie parked her car.

I get in The back seat slouching because I was tired from all the coffee I drank, made no sense right, ridiculous but I was tired.

"Let's see let's see." Sophie taps her chin. "Ohhhh let's head over to Jaxon territory."

"We haven't been there before." Alison exclaims.

"The drive is long as hell." I tell them. "The road Jaxon takes is like a good 30 minutes but the main road is almost more than two hours."

"That's not too bad. We have a whole day baby girl." Sophie laughs as she drives.

After more than two hours of laughing and singing and gossiping like we haven't been gossiping all day, we reach Jaxon territory which was actually very beautiful. They were a lot of people but just enough that we could find a secluded shop.

We park in the main part shopping area and start walking around.

"Ugh I wish my parents would agree to move out here." Amy whines as I gasp.

"They didn't agree! My parents jumped with joy at the offer." I pout. I've lived with these girls my whole life and it feels like I'm being ripped away from them.

"We are still in the same pack. Doesn't mean we won't see each other." Sophie smiles before groaning softly. "Plus you see how school has had me."

"Oh yeah, I don't know if I'm going to college." Any shakes her head. "Well Anon you don't have a choice."

"I do have choices. I am going period." I laugh.

"We will see what daddy says." Sophie says as I roll my eyes and we find a ice cream spot. We get in as I feel myself drool looking at the different flavors that they had.

"I want one of every scoop." I moan going up to the counter. There was no lie and I was happy for that.

"I wish I could Luna but Jaxon would kill me." The lady laughs as I look up at her with a smile.

"What he doesn't know, he doesn't know." I wink at her as she shakes her head at me.

"Is that so?" We turn to Met as I glare at him.

"You will not repeat what I just said." I exclaim as he laughs.

"Yes ma'am, but you cannot get every flavor in the shop." He says as I roll my eyes.

"Met hello." Alison smiles as he nods at her and Sophie.

"How are you ladies today?" He ask.
"We are fine, how are you?" I answer as he just smiles.

"Well you drove away from your body guards in your town so Jaxon told me to watch you." He shrugs laughing.

"Of course he did." Alison giggles. "Will you be joining us or are you going to act like a dog?"

"I'll join you guys." He smiles as we get our scoops and sit in a booth.

We eat our ice cream and share stories about our childhood with Met. He listens and laughs at the funny moments even sharing a couple of his own. It was honestly nice to see a softer side of Met after he is mean and scary just like Jaxon.

"So is there any good parties happening tonight?" Alison ask as Met shakes his head.

"See and there is the trap. No parties. You will come and sleep at the pack house until morning so I know you are safe." He explains as Sophie laughs.

"You're no fun, mister I do everything Jaxon tells me to do." She teases.

"Well is like to keep my hand so yes I will follow him." He smirks as she rolls her eyes at him.

"Alright whatever."

We walk to Sophie car as we pile in including Met and he leads her to the pack house. We get out the car going inside where there were teens and young adults.

"I feel like I haven't been here in forever." I grumble even though it's only been a week. We head outside on the patio where we sit at the tables and Met leaves to find Jaxon.

We wait for Met and Jaxon to come back as they bring us food making me realize that I was starving.

"Hey." He kisses my temple sitting next to me as I begin to dig in.

"Sorry to run away from your guard dogs." I smirk at him as he laughs.

"I knew you weren't going to get far my love."

This is nice. Something different right right.
