With Thanos defeated, Tony Stark dead and Captain America erased from history, the Avengers team up with other teams and must fight a new threat worse than anything each Avenger has fought.
Sam Wilson sits at a desk. He stares at his re-designed shield

He sketches a design for his own suit. [After Endgame, Captain America's suit doesn't exist]. He gets a call on his phone. "Hello?" 'Silence' "Hello?" "Hi Sam" "Is that you....Steve?" "It sure is. I need you. Come to my place ASAP and bring Bucky" "Uh...ok" Sam hangs up and he begins to leave.
When they arrives, they are met with Steve in his bed with an oxygen mask.
-Steve "Hello"
-Sam "What happened?"
-Steve "I went back and took the serum but refused to be frozen so I could live a normal life. A life with Peggy"
-Sam "That's cute"
-Steve "I am dying. I am 100 years old and the serum lost it's effect and I aged drastically overnight. You two are my best friends and I want you both to take my mantle Bucky, you are my life long friend, except for that minor misunderstanding"
-Bucky "I guess. But why did you give your shield to Sam?"
-Steve "Sam will be Captain America but you...you will be something new. I learnt how to know peoples' inner animal. You are a white wolf. So be it. Become the White Wolf."
-Bucky "If you wish. I will."
-Steve "Over the years, I designed you a suit."
Steve takes out a piece of paper with a sketch of a white wolf on it.

-Steve "I used the body template of T'challa's suit. I asked Howard Stark to start it and keep it in a case at S.H.I.E.L.D."
-Bucky "Thank you. You were a good friend."
Steve lays back and picks up an old WWII compass and opens it to reveal a photo of Peggy.
-Steve "I have moments left"
-Sam "What do you mean? How do you know?"
-Steve "My heart just stopped. I have a couple moments before my blood completely stop flowing."
-Sam "Well, we are here. We will arrange the funeral."
-Steve "Thank you Sam. Bucky?"
-Buck "Yeah?"
-Steve "Don't let me down."
He closes the compass and it falls as his eyes close and he takes his final breath.
