6 months later

"Get up."

Yuna groaned and struggled to turn and cover her head with her arms.

"You'll miss your appointment, I said get up!"

Yuna felt her blankets ripped off of her replaced by the warmth of the sun as the curtains were pushed open.

"Choi Jiwon! I'm trying to sleep!"

"Yeah, yeah just get up before we are late."

She yawned and stretched and took a few tries to sit herself up and get out of bed. Her just over 8 month pregnant belly made moving around much more difficult than it used to be.

She dressed and came out to meet her friend. Choi Jiwon had known Yuna since they were little. They lived in the same neighborhood and were inseparable since they met in kindergarten. She had been a blessing to them since moving back to Busan since Yuna's pregnancy had been so difficult and she was the much needed friend that was there to help pull her back together.

"It's about time." Jiwon said as Yuna came into the kitchen. "Come and eat before we have to leave. She set a bowl of plain white rice and steamed vegetables on the table.

Yuna looked at the food in front of her and then at Da Reum and Jiwon who ate pancakes, toast and bacon.

"I would push someone off a bridge right now for a ham and pineapple pizza with hot sauce and ranch on it." She said, sadly looking back down at her food.

"That's disgusting." Da Reum grimaced.

"If you ate that, your blood pressure would skyrocket and you'd have a seizure and die." Jiwon replied.

"There's no need to be so dramatic." Yuna pouted.

"I'm not being dramatic. The doctor said you need to eat healthy or that would happen. Now eat your food because I'm not prepared to deal with hangry Yuna later."

"Fine." She sighed. "Stupid preeclampsia." She mumbled.

"I'm going to school. See you later, noona. Don't forget I'm staying at Jaemin's tonight so we can finish our project for class." Da Reum got up from the table and slipped a piece of his toast onto the side of her plate. She smiled.

"Bye. Be good."

"I saw that." Jiwon called after him, though she didn't stop Yuna from eating it.

She lazily propped her head up with her elbow on the table as she nibbled at the toast.

"How are you feeling?" Jiwon asked.

"Tired. Bloated and gross. Apart from that, no big issues today."

"Good. That's not what I meant, though. I heard you crying again last night when I came by to drop off some baby stuff from my mom."

Yuna looked surprised before she composed herself to answer.

"You should say something next time instead of lurking around like a creep." She chuckled.
