I was blinded by a light.
I tried to adjust, but I consulted to just keeping my eyes closed.
Suddenly, the light had been turned off.
But as soon as I opened my eyes, I regretted it.
There he was, Alfonso.
Standing there like a God, scratch that, the devil himself.
Wait no.
As my eyes completely adjusted, I figured it was not Alfonso at all, it was someone that looked just like him, and I hate to admit, better.
His eyes were like a sea of nature. The green of a lagoon mixed with the ice of cracked blue rivers. They were beautiful but retched. His dark lashes created a black line around his eye. I could have guessed he was wearing makeup. His dark gorgeous hair was perfectly cut and styled, not a single hair out of place. He stood at least a whole foot taller than Alfonso, and his build was massive. If he was a silhouette I would have thought him to be a bear. His lips were full and his jaw sharper than any knife. The veins in his arms bulged like vines wrapped around a tree.
I noticed him staring at me, blankly. No expression at all.
He stood staring at me for a long time. He quirked his head to the side giving me a stare that pierced my soul with swords of fire and ice.
What feels like hours pass, I don't even try to move. I knew they had somehow restrained me to whatever I was on.
I finally broke the silence.
"So." I squeaked out
He lifts his eyebrows, waiting for me to continue.
"So, what are you going to do with me?" I went on.
He looked to the ceiling as if wondering. He breathed in and let out a long heavy breath.
"Well, Alia Blossom. That's for you to decide."
Then he turned and pulled a chair from the corner of the room to right in-front of me.
He sat down and leaned forward, putting his elbows on his knees and putting his hands together while resting his chin on them.
He sat there awhile then leaned back in his chair.
¨Although a half million dollars is like spare change to people like me, you still have disrespected my brother... ultimately disrespecting me an our family name, so Alia... I'm going to give you 3 choices."
I gulped. I waited for him to continue before I realized he was waiting for me to nod and I did.
"You can either... 1: be Alfonso's bitch. You will have to do whatever he says and whenever he says. I guess you could call yourself a sex doll" He paused waiting for it to sink in. "You can 2: be killed, you get to choose how, or 3:... work for us until you payback the debt you owe for the watch."
I let out a squeak.
I didn't want any of those.
I could do 1 because of obvious reasons, I couldn't do 2 because I owed it to my child to protect him/her and 3 because it would take surely years to pay back.
And yes I am pregant, I will explain later
3 seemed like the best option.
I knew I couldn't cry because either way it was going to happen.
"3"
"Ha, you sound so sure of yourself piccola raggaza" (little girl) He says, his accent rolling off his lips in perfect harmony.
