(Park Ji Seul's POV)

"Let's head to the mall, Ji Seul. I wanna see if I can buy a new dress for ourselves," Seulgi pleaded and I roll my eyes. "You know that however much we look around, I am never gonna pick a dress at all, right?" She furrowed her eyebrows, "You did a few times select that sun dress and halter and that sexy red dress and..." I immediately clamped her mouth shut with my hand when I saw Nam Joon entering the kitchen.

Seulgi kept on trying to talk but she couldn't and so, she did the one thing I made sure she regretted...She licked my hand. Because I was actually kneading the dough to make some pastry, I pulled my hand away and waited for her to make a disgusted face but to my surprise, she continued, "That red dress sure did make you look nice. I mean, it gave shape to your..."

I knocked her head with a wooden spoon to which she rubbed her head, glaring at me. Nam Joon came over, "What red dress? I've never seen Ji Seul wear a dress before." Suddenly, Jimin came in, "Me too. It's been a while since I've seen her actually buy one." Seulgi scoffed, "That's coz you've never been around to see her in a nice dress."

I cleared my throat, "Okay, enough about dresses, let's just shut up and let me continue doing this or there's no treat for teatime later." Jin enters the kitchen as if on cue when I say teatime. "Hey guys! What cha doin'?" I smiled sweetly at him, "Jin oppa, would you mind if I asked you to get rid of these three who are disturbing our pastry making time here?"

He smiled back and replied simply, "No." The guys grinned and I raised an eyebrow, "If I said that you can join me to make it?" He smirked, "You bet." With that, he pushed Nam Joon, Jimin and Seulgi who kept calling him a traitor. I laughed after them and kneaded the dough till Jin had come.

Yet, he was disappointed to know that I was nearly done but insisted on at the very least that he be given a chance to bake them. I shrugged and let him have his own way afraid that he might call the others back in. I sat back and stared at him as he placed the shaped dough onto the baking tray. He notices me doing so and asked, "Is something troubling you?"

I blinked, "How...Is it that obvious?" He looked at me as if I was dumb enough to pour acid on myself, "I've known you since middle school. And although we've separated for three years, you are still the same. So, tell me, what's your problem?" He puts the tray filled with unbaked cookies into the oven closes it. Then, he took a seat across me on the other side of the counter.

I took in a deep breath, "Why am I so unlucky?" He raises an eyebrow, "Excuse me, could you try to elaborate?" I sighed heavily, "Why am I so unlucky? I mean, why is it so easy for girls like Shin Woo to steal a guy I like just like that? Why do I have back stabbing people as friends? Am I that easy to fool and play with?"

He shook his head, "If anything, you're wrong coz you aren't unlucky. You are lucky. You have a beautiful friend who looked out for you when you were a wreck of mess. You even have the king of swag, a genius, a muscle head, an alien, a short but cute looking mochi and a ball of sunshine as your friends. Not to mention the fact that you have me, the most handsome man in the world by your side now."

I chuckle as I playfully threw a napkin at him from where I sat which he caught before it hit his face. He showed his tongue at me and smiled, "You're smart and confident. So confident that you can bravely ask me this question. So smart that you are right to guess that the other seven are peeking into this kitchen right now."

I could sense that someone was watching us and that was making me uncomfortable. He was right when suddenly, I heard groans and mumbles from the seven people behind me. Nam Joon took a seat beside me, "Have we ever back stabbed you before Ji Seul?"
