They all immediately move where they heard the sound. They arrive at the deck and the students is shocked to see a gigantic octopus eating their ship. The students panic and run around like idiots while the guardians is trying to calm them down but the students is too panic to listen.

They are all making a ruckus and ignore Tsuna that is releasing a huge dark aura. He has this headache since the first day of the trip and all the stress on his body due to is duty as a boss that is trying to hide his identity as a mafia is stressing him out. When he heard this ship is being eaten y a huge octopus his dark aura magnify that it makes Reborn's dark aura very peaceful. feeling the dark aura all the living things on the ship froe and slowly move their head to look at Tsuna. Seeing the dark aura they all froze in fear. Thin coating of ice is spreading from where Tsuna is standing.

Tsuna move his glare towards the octopus and immediately the octopus turns into a chibi and hide behind stacks of boxes. Tsuna just sign and take out his phone and speak in fast Italian requesting for a new ship. He turn towards the crowd and and his guardian, he sigh " Please.....just clean this mess I'll be resting in my room. If I heard any noise..." Tsuna look at them with deep murderous intent in his eyes " off with the head." They all jump at that and nod their head too fast that it appeared it will came off the body. Tsuna walk away while massaging his head. the guardians give him a concern look and throw a look at each other. Reborn and Kyoya give each other look and nod their head. Kyoya walk towards where Tsuna left. " Clean this mess I'll go look for Tsuna. OI, lackey the ayment for the damage will be taken from your account." After he left following Kyoya. He is really worried about Tsuna as he look paler than usual.

Reborn and Kyoya reach Tsuna's room together and saw that he has passed out on the floor. they rushed to where he is lying and Kyoya touch his forehead and immediately remove his hand " Usagi has a fever. His temperature is very high." he tell Reborn. Reborn nod his head and take out his phone to call Shamal to come to their room. His voice is very serious and he immediately disconnect not waiting for Shamal to refuse. He join Kyoya and Tsuna on the bed. Kyoya hold Tsuna's left hand. He hold Tsuna's right hand softy carress Tsuna's head. He kiss his forehead and mutter loving words. Kyoya give his support and softly kissed the hand he is holding an brought it to his cheek. He said soft comfort words to Tsuna.

Not long after that Shamal arrive. He is about to open his mouth and said that he does not treat male but shut his mouth when he see the serious look in Reborn and Kyoya's eyes. He turn his sight and set his eyes on Tsuna and immediately ahave a serious look when he saw Tsuna is gasping harsh breath.

He immediately asked Reborn to move to Kyoya's side so that he can see what is wrong with the decimo. After a while he sigh in relief and tell Reborn and Kyoya that it is just a fever but in case something serious happen he will take a little bit of Tsuna's blood to be tested. He prescribe Tsuna's medicine and tell them how to give it and when. Both of them said their thanks and Kyoya show Shamal to the door before joining Tsuna and Reborn on the bed. Before he left Shamal said to him " Let him rest for few days and stress free. He is born with weak immune system and I'm afraid that he will easily get sick. Take this opportunity and give him a holiday ok." After that Shamal left to continue with his dirty magazine.
