"So Rehan left?" Mom asked the moment I entered the living room after changing.

"Yeah." I said walking inside while wiping my face.

"I love that boy. Masha Allah he was very helpful and funny." Mom said and I smiled nodding my head.

"So mom, when is Aman bhai going to be back?" I asked sitting down next besides Farheen who was busy with her project on the laptop.

"Why?" She asked and I could see the smirk clearly on her face.

"Just asking." I said shrugging my shoulder pretending to be not affected but I could clearly hear my own heart beat.

"Aww my appi cannot wait to get married again." Farheen said turning to me pulling my cheeks while I shrugged her hands away from me.

"I didn't knew my daughter was so eager to get married." Mom said and I rolled my eyes at them but the smile on my face couldn't help but become wide.

"I was just asking for the information not for my marriage." I said sticking my tongue out at Farheen while she smirked at me and I knew my face was shouting that I was lying.

"Yeah, I know you very well. You were just asking for the information. " Mom said and Farheen and she laughed while I felt the heat on my face making me embarrassed.

"I'm going to sleep." I said getting up while Farheen followed me.

"Good night mom." We both said and mom smiled getting up.

"Read ayat Al kursi." Mom said and we both nodded our head.

"And Safa?" She called out to me and I turned to her.

"I'm happy for you." She said smiling at me and I smiled at her back.

"Don't dream much." She yelled and I turned around to see her winking at me making me look at her in shock while I heard Farheen laugh from behind me.

"Mom not you too and you keep quiet mad girl." I said pinching Farheen while she groaned but did not stop laughing.

"So Rehan left, huh?" Farheen asked me while entering the room and I looked at her confused but nodded my head.

"Yeah. I just said it a moment ago. " I said taking my phone to check any messages to only smile on the message.

"Oh I didn't hear." She said and I glanced up at her and nodded my head while she raised her eyebrow at me.

"Jeej is it?" She asked and I did not reply back to her for I knew she would tease me if she come to know and I looked down at the message.

I couldn't help but feel my heart racing while I rolled my eyes with a smile on my face.

I sent him the message and waited for his reply but he did not reply back, instead he called.

"I miss you." I heard him the moment I received the call.

"Walaikumassalam." I said rolling my eyes and I looked at Farheen who raised her eyebrow at me.

"Assalamualaikum, I miss you." He greeted back and I knew he was grinning.

"Walaikumassalam, it's just an hour back that you left." I said and I looked at Farheen who made an 'o' face and left giving me privacy.

"I know but still." He said sighing while I smiled.
