Chapter 22

(TAEHYUNG)

I slowly opened my eyes, only to see Lisa laying on my chest as I hug her waist tightly. I was upset when she didn't say what made her doubt me but I respect her decision if her intention was not to hurt me. I stared at her doll face for a while and smiled when she let out a small snore.

I looked at my alarm clock and saw that it's already 9 in the morning. Well, it's too late to go to work now. What if, I'll take Lisa on a date again? That would be a great idea.

"Lisa?" I softly called out and she hummed.

"Wake up, let's go on a date?" I asked and I saw her open her right eye slightly.

"A date? Where to?" She asked.

"Well, I haven't thought about it yet. Let's just go wherever you want to go"  I told her and she immediately got up.

"I want to visit Jisoo unnie in your Toy Shop!" She beamed and I nodded while patting her head.

"Okay, whatever you want. Now let's get ready"

"Oh my Gosh! My pretty Lisa!" I smiled when I saw Jisoo unnie running towards me.

I opened my arms to her and she immediately hugged me very tight.

"I miss you so much!" Jisoo unnie squealed and I just laughed.

"I miss you too unnie" I greeted back at her.

"Heyah Boss!" Jisoo unnie looked at Taehyung and saluted at him.

"Go back to work Jisoo or I'll fire you" Taehyung threatened jokingly.

"As if you'll fire me. I'm already your head manager slash friend ever since you build your career" Jisoo unnie said and stuck out her tounge at him.

"Yeah right and I think you served me enough" Taehyung teased and Jisoo unnie just rolled her eyes at him.

"By the way, you two on a date?" She asked and both Taehyung and I nodded.

"How sweet! When's the wedding?" She clapped her hands and I just chuckled.

"Right after you'll marry Jin hyung" Taehyung said and Jisoo unnie glared at him.

"As if! I'll never marry that egoistic guy! He didn't even asked me to be his girlfriend yet" Jisoo unnie sassed but whispered the last sentence.

"Why don't you ask him?" I asked and she looked at me with wide eyes.

"With beauty like mine, I'll never ever beg for a guy. I'd rather have them beg for me" She answered and flipped her hair.

"Yeah right, you two keep up with your pride and let's see where it would take you" Taehyung said and Jisoo unnie scoffed.

"You see Taehyung, we gorgeous ladies don't pursue guys, we should be pursued by guys. You got me? Because girls have this kind of thing that they want to be chased for us to know if the boys are really serious in pursuing us" Jisoo unnie said and I agreed.

"But girl are so hard to understand. Your mood swings kills us. Today your all smiley and later your getting moody, I mean we boys aren't mind readers to know what you want so instead of sulking you should tell us" Taehyung defended and Jisoo unnie was about to say something when I saw someone from across us.

"You guys continue your debate, I'll just go somewhere" I said and they just ignore me and continued their verbal fight.

It was the old woman from before. I followed her and I saw her smiled at me before turning to a corner. I run towards her and saw that she already left the shop. I was hesitant to go out but I have this urge to follow her and I did.
