My parents had left him and I alone after a little while. We finished our food and he sat back in his seat, tapping his full belly with his hands.

"Mmmm," he moaned as he stretched his arms over his head. "That was sooo good." I giggled at him, and tossed my straw wrapping at him. My mother came back out and greeted us.

"Let me get this for you guys." She said taking my bowl. Jhope grabbed his, and handed it to her, with a small bow.

"I better get going." Jhope said as he grabbed his wallet. My mother seet down the piles of bowls and chopsticks, and slapped his hand away as he tried to give her cash.

"Aish! Your money is no good here." She said as they laughed together. "It was so nice to meet you, Hoseok."

"Likewise." He said smiling at her, then me. I got up and hugged my mother one last time. She kissed my cheek.

"Please come again soon." She smiled at us, Hoseok slightly bowing to her. We waived at my father, and headed out the door.

...

We got back to his car, and sat for awhile.

"Jhope —" I started to say, but was interrupted.

"Hoseok." He said smiling. "You can call me Hoseok."

"Hoseok," I said giggling, "thank you for asking me to lunch. If I hadn't said yes, I wouldn't have gotten the chance to see my parents."

He smiled. "This was a really nice experience. I'm glad I asked you too, Y/N."

...

He drove me to my studio dorm, and parked outside the building.

"Thanks again, Hoseok." I said as I gathered my things. He nodded at me.

"Y/N," He said as I grabbed the handle to get out. "I'm going to be leaving for a little again." I caught myself frowning at him. This is the business. You couldn't expect him to always be here, Y/N. "We're going back on tour for a few months." He touched my hand, tracing my finger, and looked back at me.

"Please text me while I'm gone."

I sighed, and smiled. "I will." I said. He nodded at me, and I got out of the car. I walked up to my building, and looked back at him. He rolled down the window, and waived at me. I waved both of my hands, beaming at him.

......

We texted almost every day Hoseok was gone. He'd send me photos of him and sites everywhere they went. I'd send him photos of me at my concerts and selfies while doing my daily activities.

...

Hoseok: I miss you

Me: I miss you too

...

Four months later ~

I awoke to my phone buzzing on my nightstand. I groaned as I dropped my hand onto it lazily, trying to sound the alarm. The phone laid silent, then began to buzz again.

"Uuughhh." I groaned as I sleepily opened one I to look at it. It was Eun-Bi trying to call me. I hurriedly answered the call. "Mm, hello?" I sat up trying to wake.

"Y/N.... we need to meet. I have a driver outside to pick you up." She said with a strange tone.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." I said as I swooped my feet off the bed to ground me to the floor.

I quickly got ready. Slipping on cute pastel yellow overalls with a white shirt underneath, and putting on my white adidas. I splashed my face with water, applied my tinted red chapstick, and tied my hair into a high ponytail.

I skipped outside, and saw my ride by the curb. The chauffeur opened my door for me, and I slipped into the back seat. I had looked at my phone, going over my recent messages with Hoseok. It'd been almost a week since his responded.

...

We got to the big hit building, and I thanked the driver as I stepped out of the car. He's always super busy on tour. Don't overthink this, Y/N. He never went more than a couple days with even telling me, Good morning  or Good night. I've become attached. I've fallen.

The front desk lady led me to a room on the 3rd floor, the same place I had auditioned. I walked into the room to see Eun Bi, and her 2 colleagues seated by her. Hoseok sitting on a chair, next to an empty one.

".. Hi?" I asked starting to get concerned. "What's going on?"

"Y/N, have a seat." Eun Bi said motioning to the empty chair. Hoseok had a guilty frown on his face.
