my heart sunk when he said his name
I knew

I knew he used to dance
he danced for me sometimes

but I was too shy most times

I also knew Jeongguk would dance with him as well
but it had slipped my mind

his feet were off the floor
and he was balancing his entire weight with one hand

my jaw dropped
how can you do that so effortlessly?

He chuckled in that position before standing upright
"it does not feel effortless but thank you
I just feel rusty because I haven't danced properly in a while..."

I looked down at my clasped hands

despite the sadness creeping into me
I found myself laughing together with Jeongguk

Hoseok didn't seem like the type to get angry ever
but he did and it was scary
