Chapter 29

Dawon's POV

I woke up the next day without Bona in the dorm. It was kind of lonely since we are not used to it. 

I checked my phone with a message from Dokyeom

'Good morning :) '- Dokyeom

'Good morning :) What's with you today?' I text back.

'I have a great news and I want to tell them to you in person. Can we meet?' -DK

'Okay. Meet you at the playground near our dorm. I'm too tired to go somewhere else'

'Sure' he replied back.

I put on some coat to warm me up and head to the playground. To my surprise, Dokyeom is already sitting on the slide.

"Hey Dokyeom" I call him.                           

"Hey"

"Good thing there are no kids today. They'll surely get mad seeing you on the slide." I said as I sat to the other slide next to it. "So? What is it?"

"See this?" He showed me his phone.

"Uh.. your phone?"

"No silly." he laugh. "Check the wallpaper."

I check the phone again and saw DK with Yuju in the picture.

"You finally have a picture with your crush. Wow. Congrats." I said with a bit of sarcastic tone.

"Yep. But that's not all. She finally agreed to become my girlfriend!"

When he said that, my heart starts to ache. I want to ask him why choose her instead of me? It's just unfair that I met him first but.. It's not for me to fell like this. Dokyeom deserves the happiness.

"Dawon ah? Hey!"

"Oh."

"Hey, you are spacing out again. Did you even hear what I just said? I said the Yuju is my--" I cut him off.

"No. I heard you. Congrats. I'm so happy for you." I told him trying to hold back my tears from coming out. 

"Thanks" he said showing me his big smile.

"So Dk.." I checked my phone. "I actually have to go now. I have to organize my things in our room."

"What? Really? But I want to celebrate it with my best friend"
