Chapter 13:Chinese New Year Special

Meiqi's POV

"Guys, come on. Hurry up!" I told Xuanyi and Chengxiao.

"Hey call me Jiějiě, I'm Older than you!" Xuanyi said running to me.

"Guys, Let's speak in Mandarin. Okay? We're going to China" Cheng suggested.

We're currently at the Airport right now and we're heading to our Home Country. Today is Chinese New Year and we want to celebrate it with our family.

(Okay, so Italic means they are speaking in Mandarin)

"Let's go. Are you waiting for someone?" Cheng asked.

"Err.. Kindda." I answered.

"Is it Minghao?" Jiějiě Xuanyi asked.

"Uhh.. yeah"

"Hmm.. Are you guys dating?" Cheng asked.

"Wha-NO! We're not" I answered. I mean, i don't think he's into me. Like i guess we're just friends. And i'm fine with it. And i don't think i'm into him too. I guess?

"Hey, your Princes are here!" Cheng pointed at Minghao.. And Jun?

They stood beside us.

"Jun, you're here too?" Jiějiě asked.

"Of course, we weren't able to come home last January, right? I miss my family too. So i'm going home." He answered with a grin on his face.

I can see he's using his family as an excuse and last January. I know he just really wants to be with Xuanyi.

"Hi" Minghao in front of me waved.

"Hey" i waved back.

"Come on you guys, stop being awkward and let's go" Cheng lead the way and we followed her.

Inside the plane i was sitting next to Minghao and to my side which is near the window is Cheng. Behind us are Jun and Xuanyi.

We didn't talk until the plane has departed.

"Hey Meiqi" Cheng signaled me to come closer. "Stop being awkward and talk. I thought you guys are 'Just Freinds'. I'm going to sleep so you two could talk." she whispered to me.

Cheng put on her eye mask trying to sleep. A minute later, she did fell asleep.

"Hey, how's school?" Minghao suddenly asked.

"It's good. Yours?" I asked him back.
