Aisha's POV:
I woke up the next morning and went to the bathroom to do my business. I freshened up then thought about going to shopping for my masquerade dress....
Once I reached the shop which was owned by a few seniors of the college, the came and greeted me, they all recognised me by my crowning.... While I was going through the dresses one of the seniors, Shayra came up with a black frock with net work, which screamed elegance. I instantly fell in love with it and bought it. I paired it with black gladiator high heels that reached a bit above my ankle. I got a silver white mask with black feathers attached to it.
By the time I reached home it was 1 p.m. and Vihaan was busy on his laptop. I went to my room and as I was about to get in the shower my phone started ringing. I answered the call seeing it was just Anjalika calling.
A: Hey Ash! herd you got crowned as miss freshers!
me: yeah... I mean it was least expected!
A: well I can't say that 'cause I knew my baby would slay...
Me: thanks mommy!
A: I can feel you rolling your eyes...
me: Oh babes! you know me so well... Don't you?
A: well I'm the mother bear. You know
me: yea yea stop that now... and babes do u know someone in Delhi who could be my date for tonight?
A: well no one's on my mind right now but i'll let you know
me: thanks gurls
A: by the way why don't you ask Danish? maybe he could help
me: yeah. will do. talk to you later babes
A: yeah. see ya....
with that said we ended the call....
I decided on calling Danish...
*ring* *ring* *ring*
D: hey Ash whatsup?
me: nothing much... what 'bout you?
D: just got back from shopping
me: for the masquerade?
D: yeah what else could it be for?
me: well of course...
D: Ash do you have a date for the ball?
me: no! And I didn't know it was a ball...
D: well now you do...
me: yups all thanks to you...
D: so Aisha will you be my date to the ball?
me: yes, of course...
D: thank god! now we won't be making fool of ourselves
me:well yes
D: so 6:30 at the venue?
me: okay
D: by then...
me: yeah... see ya in a bit....
as i ended the call I heard a knock on my bedroom door. I quickly opened it to reveal Vihaan...
"Hey! did you need something?" I asked
"No, but I wanted to ask if you need a ride to and back from the masquerade party... 'cause I'll be joining it since I'm one of thei university's share holder...." he replied.
"Umm sure why not. I'll be ready by six..."
"okay then...."
"yea knock at the door whenever you're ready..." I told him.
"sure I will." he replied then headed to his room..."
