The user of the quirk has Psychokinesis as well as enhanced intelligence with practically a computer in their mind documenting everything staying easy to access (state testing tho) and the users Psychokinesis allows them to apply it as well drawbacks include massive migraines,BROKEN BONES,adds a glow to the user,makes user shrink about the 4 inches, makes user look like a chibi, and temporary quirk shut down one of these are randomly chosen as a drawback but luckily it is trainable so eventually it takes forever to get a draw back if trained enough|
Beginning of deku's journey:

I had just said bye to my mom so I could go play in the park I then saw Kachan hurting a petite brown eyed brunette about my age with back length hair she looked so helpless and I didn't want to use my quirk on kachan he was my best friend "KACHAN PLEASE STOP" I screamed at him he soon turned around to look at me pausing for a second to look at me? He soon looked me straight (You sure about that) in the eyes "kiss me and I will" he said I soon paused looking around to see no one else in sight soon looking back pointing at me to be sure still confused

"Duh" I said after deku pointed at himself to make sure I meant him he just shrugged ugh I wish he got flustered like all those girls that crowded me earlier today but while I was lost in thought he had already come over soon kissing my cheek ,after he went to help the brunette but I was not focusing on that I was covering my face knowing it was probably even more red than my eyes
