[first name]'s day had been rough. having an early shift didn't work well for her, getting up was tiring and draining. so of course, waking up at seven in the morning for work wasn't pleasant.

at work she had accidentally spilled a customer's coffee all over the table; and after apologizing profusely (and maybe shedding a few tears-) the guy yelled at her in front of the whole cafe.

"it was a simple job! just hand me my coffee, that's all you had to do!" the blonde had yelled.

"i-i'm so sorry! i'll clean it up, and y-you can have it for free.."

"well now it's ruined! i don't want your petty apology, damn extra." his voice was strong, loud, and it reminded [first name] of her mother when she was angry.

after he had stormed out, [first name] headed to the back to collect herself for a minute. ashido patted her shoulder in comfort, saying how she was friends with the guy and how he often acted like that.

on her walk home, an older man had bumped into her, resulting in her falling on her hands. the blue-haired man sneered at her and continued on his way, not even sparing her one last glance as he muttered profanities.

so now her hands stung and were bleeding a little, she was yelled at, (her least favourite thing), and she was tremendously tired.

unlocking the door, she walked into the usual cold atmosphere of her household. her mom was at work, as usual, and her father was who knows where.

she walked into her bedroom, dragging out a sigh and collapsing on her bed - not bothering to change out of her uniform.

pulling out her phone, she decided to text the anonymous number who had wonderfully decided to start texting her. did she have an idea why? no. but she was thankful as the stranger had a way with words and could get her mind off of bothering things.
