From one artist to another

The choice was made

I was sleeping when I started waking up to the sound of Chelsea talking to Micah.
"Look their snuggling" she said quietly.
"They've actually don't that before" Micah explained.
I shifted my body weight a bit and they must have noticed.
"Oh she's waking up common let's not bother them" Chelsea said.
I fell asleep for a bit longer. I didn't actually start to wake up until I felt Laine stretching. I sat up and began to rub my eyes.
"Good morning pretty lady" he said with his sleepy voice.
"Mornin handsome" I muttered back.
"I gotta go the bathroom" he said as he got up, "I'll be back"
He then kissed my cheek and left the room.
I just sat there trying wake myself up until he came back.
"How'd you sleep" he asked standing by the doorway.
"I slept really good actually" I replied.
"Common let's get some food" he said holding out his hand.
I got up, grabbed his hand and we walked to the kitchen.
Micah and Chelsea made eggs, bacon, and potatoes while we were sleeping so we just ate that.
"So last night" he said quietly.
"Yea?" I ask.
"Can we do that again" he says with a blush growing on his face.
"Which part?" I joke.
"You know which part" he giggles while nudging me.
I just silently nod my head.
He smiles and slowly leans in and kisses me. Although Micah and Chelsea always seem to be around at the right time.
"Oh my gosh, when did this happen?" Chelsea says with excitement.
We both look up and smile while nervously scratching the back of our heads. Micah and Chelsea sit there looking at us and then each other for a moment before bursting into laughter.
"Y'all are the same person" Micah laughs, "y'all literally just had the same exact reaction"
"I wish we had that on video" Chelsea jokes.
"So any plans for today?" Chelsea asks.
Micah and I look at one another with a sad expression.
"What? What's wrong?" Chelsea asked.
"Sheree has to go home for a meeting with a label tonight" Micah explains.
"Wait really? Why didn't you tell me?" Laine asked clearly hurt.
"I guess I forgot to tell you I'm sorry Laine I should have let you know" I said, "but there is something I decided last night that I haven't told anyone"
"Well?" Micah says, " what is it?"
"After everything is situated after the meeting I'm coming back. And not for another visit" I say nervous of their reaction.
"No way!" They all day excitedly.
Laine was so happy he grabbed my face and kissed me.
"Y'all can be like a real couple" Chelsea says.
Laine and I nervously laugh at the comment.
"Well we gotta make sure my gal has the best day in Louisiana that a girl could have" Laine said wrapping his arms around me.
He called me his girl and it gave me a great feeling. I couldn't help but to smile.
