Sky breaker

The wind rushed by my ears, dragging my hair behind, as I soar through the sky on my rentable sea fish. Clouds consume all senses, until we breach and I can see the dark blue sky up above. A giant orange and grey building reaches up to the sky and stands proudly. More space fish fly all around me, coasting on the cloud waves. They enter and exit through large ornate windows, some even diving into the clouds to enter from the ground. The space fish circling the building do create a beautiful view.

I fly in closer to an empty landing pad and my fish drops down. I jump off and grab my bags. The fish sails away as I wave goodbye.

"Hi! Welcome to the Spindle, the world's largest conference building," a woman announce behind me. I turn around to face her. Her short brown hair gently swayed with the breeze and her overcoat hangs off her petite frame. Behind her, I spot a blonde boy with holes in his shoes and an equally large jacket. When he realized I spotted him, he came out from behind the woman.

"May I take your bags ma'am?" he whispered, big blue eyes shifting every which way.

"No, I can handle this," I respond, slightly raising my bag. I feel the knives shift around inside. "Though I would appreciate it if you led me inside." There was no need, for I knew every entrance, every hallway, and every room.

I followed the boy in, looking around at each little detail in the room, making sure everything was still in place. Thoroughly satisfied, I drop my bags on an empty table and begin unpacking. White powder flew everywhere as my dried ingredients opened upon impact of the table. Once everything was set up, I recheck my table. Powder and liquids on one side, knives and cupcakes on the other. Looking up at the party banner that exclaims, "Cupcake Competition," I knew I was ready to explode their taste buds.

If their stomachs also explode, then that's just a crazy coincidence.
