A/N: I felt like I needed to write a funeral scene for Natasha as the Russos didn't, but I decided to put it in ScarletVision's POV.

Wanda POV

I stand under a tree next to Vision, who is holding Lydia in his arms, trying to stay out of the sun after the long funeral. It was hard for me to believe that Natasha was actually dead. I lost my parents, my twin brother, even Vision for a short period of time, and now Nat who had become like a mother figure for me.

"I can't believe she's gone," I whisper wiping a tear from my cheek.

"Hey, she helped save the world. She's a heroine in my eyes," Vision says caressing my cheek. He kisses my forehead and we watch as people leave the funeral. Clint walks up to me and gives me a hug.

"She sacrificed herself to save the rest of the world." Clint had become like a father figure to me, helping me whenever I needed it after Ultron. Clint reached over and patted Lydia on the back before turning to his wife and kids.

Once we arrive back at the compound, I change Lydia into some more comfortable clothes than the dress she was wearing so she can run around and play with Clint's kids. The rest of the Avengers decided to have a potluck in honor of Nat.

I pour myself a glass of water and walk out to the patio where everyone is gathering and find Vision talking to Bucky. I walk over to them, wrapping my arm around Vision's waist.

Soon, we are eating dinner and talking on the patio about our favorite memories about Nat and her career as an Avenger. When it came to my time to talk about the red-haired assassin, I could feel the tears threatening to fall.

"I first met Natasha in Sokovia, after the fight with Ultron. My twin brother, Pietro, had died and I was devastated. She comforted me on the way back even if I didn't want to talk to anyone. Once we got to talking, I found that we had a lot of similarities and I later found out that Clint made Natasha promise to watch after me. She had become a mother figure to me and I am just sad that I never got to say thank you." I wiped away the tears that had fallen. Vision wrapped around his arm around me. Then it was Vision's turn to talk.

"Well, Natasha and I didn't get to spend a lot of time together and I wish I did. There were a lot of layers to that woman but she had everyone's needs before her own. She died so that those stuck in the Snap were able to come back and live their lives. I give many thanks to Natasha for bringing me back the love of my life but also my daughter, Lydia." I smile and kiss his cheek before laying my cheek on the top of Lydia's head.

For the next couple of hours, the group kept coming up with stories about Natasha and talked for hours. I sat on the couch with a sleeping Lydia in my lap, a glass of wine in my hand and my head leaning on Vision's shoulder while listening to the stories.

"I'm going to put Lydia to bed. I'll be back." I say, setting my glass down on the table and carrying my daughter to her bedroom. As I was changing her into some pajamas, Lydia's eyes opened.

"Mama, who was Natasha?" I hoped that question would never come up but I answered it anyway.

"You're Auntie Nat was a wonderful woman who saved the lives of many people. She died to bring you and me back from that scary place. She's a hero." I say, kissing her head.

"I wish I gotted to meet her." Lydia climbed into bed and cuddled up to her teddy bear.

"Me too. She would have loved you and you would have loved her." I kiss her head and say goodnight as her eyes fall closed. I close the door, leaving a few inches of space open, and walk back to the couch.

"She asked about Nat," I say, sitting back down.

"Really? What'd you say?" Vision grabbed my hands, giving them a soft kiss.

"I told her that she was a hero and how she saved a lot of lives. Then she said she wish she met her before she fell asleep."

"Wanda, we should get married." Vision said.

"I'm sorry, what?" I asked in surprise.

"What I mean is we have been together for a few years now and we have a daughter, even if she is not ours biologically. We are a family and I think we should take the next step and get married."

"Vizh, I think we should get married, just not anytime soon. We have to talk about it more. I love you and I would love to become your wife. Let's keep discussing it, okay?" I say, putting my hands on his face before kissing him on the lips.

"Okay. Let's do that." Vision gives me another kiss.

"Good idea. Now let's go to bed. I'm tired." Vision followed me to the bedroom, where I changed into my pajamas and crawled into bed. Vision joined me a few seconds later, wrapping his arm around my waist as I curled into his side, putting my head on his chest.

The next morning, Vision and I wake up to Lydia jumping on the bed, saying "Mama, Papa, I want waffles."

The End.
