Arthur burst through the door, causing it to slam against the wall behind it.
"Damnit Arthur!" you yelled as glass scattered all over the floor. He caused you to drop a very nice vase you just bought.
"Ah shit-... I'm sorry y/n" he tried holding back a laugh.
You rolled your eyes before hitting him playfully.
"Listen, y/n I need to show you something..." his voice suddenly going to a more serious tone.
"What is it?" you asked.
"No time to explain, come on!" he grabbed your arm pulling you out the door.
-Time skip-
Arthur led you up a large hill until you reached a clearing. There was nothing surprising or different until your eyes caught a glimpse of something bluer than the sky. It was a beautiful clearing full of hot spring pools.
"Arthur how did you-... This is beautiful" you didn't have the words.
You couldn't stop looking around. The blue water was bubbling and splashing about.
When you turned to face Arthur your heart nearly stopped. Knelt down in front of you, was Arthur Morgan, a ring in his hand, looking up at you with the most hopeful smile you had ever seen.
"Y/n? When I found this place, I just knew it was perfect for something like this. When I was a young boy, before Dutch found me, I wondered place to place, until I found this one. I stayed here for a long time before Dutch took me in. I promised myself that if I ever ran across someone as amazing as you, I would bring them here. This place reminds me of you, its beautiful, wild, magical and most importantly... mine" He spoke.
"So with all that said, I know I ain't the best lookin', and I know I ain't good at much, but what I do know is that I'm good at lovin' you. So will you please marry me?" He looked up to you with hope in his eyes.
A single tear ran down your cheek. "Arthur Morgan" you started.
"I would love to".
He jumped up holding you in a tight embrace.
"You've just made me the happiest man alive, Y/N Y/L/N" he said before wiping a tear from your face.
"And you've just made me the happiest woman alive" you said before kissing him.
