Cheryl's POV

It was a stupid Wednesday at Riverdale High. I say that because what's good about Wednesday? People say it's good because you're halfway through the week, but there's two days left that suck as much as the others. For me it's just another day in the week I'd like to block out if it's bad, and let's just say this one wasn't my best day.

I was supposed to be meeting everyone for lunch today in the cafeteria. We moved inside since there were bigger tables so we could add Josie, Veronica, and Heather to our lunch group since we all got along with them as well, and the more the merrier. I was currently putting my stuff in my locker and everyone else went ahead to lunch to get the table. The hallways were still packed for the most part since there was so many students trying to get places. I was tuning everything out and listening to music through my earbuds. That was until I felt a hand grab my ass out of no where and I was stunned by the sudden action, but still looked around to find the culprit. There was way too many people near me to tell though, and the person could've been passing by and is already making their way down the hall. I felt so uncomfortable, but knew there wasn't really anything I could do. So I sighed and closed my locker and headed to lunch.

Once I sat down at the cafeteria table everything immediately noticed there was something wrong since I hadn't greeted anyone like I usually did.

"What's wrong, Cherry?" Fangs asked softly.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I mumbled.

"Aw c'mon you can tell us." Betty said supportively. I knew I could since they were my friends, but I was worried they'd overreact, but I decided I might as well tell them so they don't bug me.

"Fine." I sighed. "I was at my locker putting my books away and then someone groped me, but I didn't see who it was because there were so many people around and it could've been anyone." I explained quietly.

"Woah what?!" Everyone asked in shock.

"Who do you think would've done it?" Toni asked gently.

"I have no idea." I replied.

"Well we're gonna find out and have a word with the fucking little—"

"Sweet Pea!" I snapped. "I seriously just wanna let it go. If it happens again I'll try and catch who it is and make a report, but none of you should get involved because it could escalate and get us in trouble."

"Fine." He groaned.

"How about we talk about the upcoming football game instead?" Betty asked and I nodded, definitely wanting to move on. We ended up discussing Friday's football game and things about that until it was time to go to drama class.

Toni's POV

Cherry and I were walking to Mr. Zephyr's class and I kept glancing over at her. She was very quiet today, not attempting to interact like she normally tries to. On a normal day I'd assume she finally got the message, but it was easy to tell by her body language that she was upset.

"You sure you're okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine. It's not like you care anyways." She said sadly.

"I—" I started but stopped, not knowing what to say. I do care about her, but I don't want her to know that I do. We just reminded quiet until we reached our classroom. Once the class began Mr. Zephyr smiled brightly and announced that we would be doing duets that we need to create and preform 2 weeks from today.

"You are to work with who I assign you with and create your own scene to fit the type of scene you are given." He instructed. "Now you all will have to work with your partners outside of class to get this done, if there's a conflict then see me. First pair will be Cherry and Toni since you both have cheer and will be able to plan around that better." He smiled at us. "For everyone else we have—"
