My hands were shaking as I saw the color orange and red flashed across my vision.
"NO!" my mind screamed.
I couldn't take it anymore. I burst through the door and ran. My feet seemed like the only ones who understood. The lockers ran down the hall with the colors maroon all over them. The ground below me was a creamish color. My feet made the loudest sound as they slapped the ground, but I didn't care, I just wanted to get as far away from this nightmare that I could never seem to wake up from. I heard a door slam open.
"Crimson, Crimson." a familar voice pleaded. " Come back!"
I hit the hard cement stairs at a much slower pace. I willed my feet to move faster. I grabed my hand hopping it had cooled down, but of course it hadn't. I couldn't take it anymore. My patients had worn thin. I had promised my self that I wouldn't get invouled anymore. Somehow my stuborn side bled through and I didn't listen and I got hurt again. I knew what I would do. I would go home pack up and run away. My mind was going bezzerk, but at the same time I couldn't think. I finally reached the bottom of the stairs. I gave a very big sigh. I almost seemed to blow the doors off the hinges. No one saw which suprised me very much. Normally you just couldn't get away with anything. It was like they had cameras every where. The cool air hit me in a flash. It almost seem like I was racing against the wind. I heard someone calling my name. It was very faint that I almost couldn't hear it. I heard it again and started to pick up my speed from a brisk walk to a almost sprint. I knew that voice like it was no tomorrow. Crap, he had caught up to me.
"Crimson, he asked very out of breath, "what's wrong?
"Nothing, I replied lied " i'm fine."
"Your not ok."
"Really?"
"Yeah, you kinda ran out of language arts."
"Thanks captain obvous."
He tried to touch my hand but instandly jerked back.
"Ouch," He yelled.
"I'm sorry," I said sympatheicly " it was an accident!"
"What are you aplogising for?"
Oh he didn't know.
"I don't know."
I turned to leave but he grabbed my and twisted me back around.
"Where are you going?"
"Home."
"Why?"
"I don't feel so good." Liar
"Wait don't go."
"Why not?'
"Let me walk you home."
"No i'm not letting you miss class for silly old me."
"Your not silly, your very smart and tall and I trust you, but a lady should not walk home alone."
"I'm not letting you do that."
"Let me walk you home."
He grabbed my hand and suprisingly didn't flinck at my touch. My hand was still hot, but didn't feel like it was about to burst into flames.
"Please."
His eyes bore into mine like he was searching for something. Maybe even aproval.
"No."
"What?"
"I want to walk home alone."
"I can't let you go."
"Well your going to have to."
I yanked my hand from his it hurt me to do that and I could see a pained look spread across his face. He opened his mouth in protest, but I turned to fast to let him speak. I ran away, tears forming in my eyes. I still had a long way to go, but at least he didn't follow me. I had no idea what to do. I was scared, because now I realised that I was truly alone. I pushed away the one person that I could understand me. That knew what I went through and I pushed him away due to jealousy. I slumed against a brick wall and let it all out. Tears blurred my eyes and streamed like a waterfall. I put my face in my hands and shook like a earthquake until I couldn't cry anymore.
