I might be evil , but I don't let my kids believe in santa and easter bunny and I reason it to them that we shouldn't believe in lies! This way, they also dont fear the monsters under their bed and the Beasts and Witches.
However, I let them enjoy the myths of it while they know its only myths. I let them celebrate Christmas and Halloween, but there is this one thing that they don't know and it Is that I wished for santa to bring back my dad every Christmas.
I ended up crying my eyes at midnight.
I never told them.
