All Might, Endeavor, Hawks, Mount Lady, Ragdoll, Present Mic, and I stood in the same spot, watching the scene in horror.

The green villain was still floating in a single spot, her arms moving in large circles as she summoned the hurricane to the shore. We were closer than the live camera following her and I could see every muscle in her body working hard to manipulate the water. The water and winds swelled rhythmically and evenly, as unnatural as the force causing it. Still miles off shore, it was amazing the villain was even able to procure such an intense storm from so many miles away. But the distance allowed her to muster the storm into something catastrophic. Something millions of people would not survive from.

In the depths of the massive waves, I could see the dark sea weed that had been uprooted from the sea floor. The sky carried debris in massive circles, stretching across miles of the ocean just like the hurricane. Even from here, we could feel the intense winds.

"That's a category 4 hurricane. The winds are at about 145 miles an hour." Ragdoll informed us, using her search quirk to observe and monitor the person. "We must proceed with caution. It's possible that the only one who can stop the hurricane is also the one who's causing it."

"Who is that?" Hawks asked.

"You're not going to like the answer." She warned, her eyes trained on the lime green villain.

"It's Element, isn't it?" I asked before anyone else could take a guess.

Ragdoll lowered her eyes, keeping her gaze averted. "Yes."

"What?" Endeavor questioned.

Present Mic stepped forward, his gaze still on Akiyasu. "She went missing last night. She vanished from her home completely without a trace. Shota was the one to call it in." He explained. "I know she's our friend and our goal is to stop her without hurting her, but..." he broke his stare and turned around, looking only at me. "We need to be prepared for the worst. If it comes down to it..."

"Don't say it." I interrupted, closing my eyes for a second and desperately wishing for it all to go away. Wishing I would wake up and it would all just be a dream.

When I opened my eyes, the hurricane was still brewing before me and Yamada was watching me. "We can probably get All Might to detain her." He offered.

All Might nodded, taking a step forward to play his part when I held my arm in front of him to stop him. "Let me try first."

He looked taken aback, but accepted this and gave me a smile. "I'll be on standby." He suggested.

Turning around to face the other heroes behind me, I knew this might be the end for Element. If I failed, she was probably going to be killed in order to be stopped. "Hawks?"

He raised an eyebrow at me.

"Fly me over to her."

His wings unfurled from his back, revealing his vermillion feathers that seemed to make waves of their own in the high winds. "Hold on tight." He instructed me as he grabbed me around the torso. My scarves wound their way around his body, securing me in place. His massive wings gave one mighty swoop and we were in the sky, gliding past the city's skyscrapers and smaller buildings. It only took a few minutes for him to reach the area of the ocean Akiyasu was suspended above, but the winds slowed him down. It didn't matter now, I was close enough for her to hear.

"Akiyasu!" I called out to her as Hawks did circles above her. "Please listen to me!"

Her face turned upward to look at us, her glowing eyes following our every move. She was expressionless but still somehow looked terrifying. Like the only thing she was feeling was hate and rage. Despite being obviously affected by the quirk enhancer's the villains stole, I could still make out the dark circles under her eyes on her pale face.
