Quirk: Telekinetic Elemental Power. The quirk allows the user to enter into a heightened state of power, using her mind to manipulate any element of the Planet around her- if it's made from the earth- she can manipulate it as well, including glass and metal. She can create chaotic wind storms or tornadoes, plumes of fire that can reach up to 200 meters high, and even massive hurricanes, however she usually opts not to overdo her power to both prevent damage to the city and to avoid over extending her energy. When her power is in use, her hair turns completely white from its usual dark red-brown and her eyes emit a bright purple glow. She can use her power for 24 hours straight if she gets a minimum of 8 hours of sleep. Sleeping less than 8 hours is detrimental on her quirk-even one hour less making it so she can only use her quirk for 12 hours straight.

Hero Costume: a black, skin tight suit with thin purple and white accents lining the stitching. Down the sleeve on her right arm, drawn in purple and white, are the symbols for water (水), fire (火災), air(空気), and earth (地球). Down the sleeve on her left arm, also drawn in purple and white, are the symbols for metal (金属), lava (溶岩), ice (氷), and glass (ガラス). These were her eight preferred elements to manipulate. She also wears a black mask with purple and white accents on the lower half of her face, hiding her nose, mouth, and jaw. She wore black, leather combat boots with iron soles and had attacked metal grappling wires to the sleeves of both of her arms- something she adopted from her adoptive mother, Magnetica.

Background: Her parents were villains, marrying only to create a powerful child and force her to do their bidding. Her father harbored the ability to manipulate Earth and Water, while her mother could manipulate Fire and Air. She ran away from her parents at the age of 12 and found refuge with a kind hero named Magnetica, who could manipulate metal. Magnetica took her to the cops who placed her in foster care and Magnetica immediately jumped at the chance to adopt her. She admired her abilities and recognized the potential she had at that age, even though she could only do moderate level things, like shoot small bursts of fire or wip someone with water. Magnetica pushed Akiyasu toward the goal of becoming a hero and Akiyasu accepted the challenge. She enrolled at UA and finished her first year as the second best student. Her last two years, she finished as the top student and debuted in her first appearance as Element at the age of 19. Her two closest friends she made at UA were Aizawa Shota (Eraserhead) and Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic).
